This beautiful desert home is situated within the Oakwood community of Sun Lakes - a resort-style, gated adult community featuring extensive landscaping, gorgeous club house, three outstanding community pools, and well maintained homes.

Enjoy championship golf, biking, swimming, play tennis, and dine within the walls of our gated community to watch beautiful sunsets. There are two restaurants in Oakwood, one poolside Bar and Grill that serves all of your American favorites for lunch and early dinner. For more formal atmosphere, come dine in the main clubhouse that offers an excellent dinner menu at a reasonable price.

Nearby you can enjoy all the benefits of the Phoenix metropolitan area, including major league team and training camp, extensive arts and cultural community, four star restaurants, mega malls, casinos, auto racing, and more.

We have new furniture including a king-size bed in the large master suite, huge walk-in closet, shower and garden tub and double sink in the bath. One guest bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in closet. the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins beds and a large closet. A den off the living room has a sofa bed. Our living room features a queen sofa bed, love seat, recliner, stereo and TV with windows facing the golf course. You can chose to dine in the beautiful dining room, or enjoying the comfort of the rocking, swivel kitchen set. A large gas grill, two dining tables andchairs and lounging furnitutre are available on the large patio facing the golf course - but with plenty of space to avoid having golf balls getting to the patio.
