Located in the lower village, ground floor unit #20C has two lanais and a patio. The condo is surrounded by a private, tropical lawn area where children may securely play. Very light and airy 1505 square foot unit is situated on the corner of the building and features cool tile floors. Fully air conditioned plus ceiling fans in every room. Bring your laptop- wireless internet is available. Large second bedroom suite is perfect for teens or friends with its own TV/DVD and sitting area. The condo sleeps six on beds with futons available for children.
The Wailea Ekahi Oceanfront Village is located on Keawakapu Beach. Perfect for children with its gentle surf and also voted Most Romantic Beach on Maui. The walk from 20-C is 2 1/2 minutes til toes in sand! Enjoy sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling. Scuba lessons are available on Keawakapu and stand up paddle boards can be rented just down the beach. Boogie boards, towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear and sand toys are available for your days in the sun. From December to May watch the whales play.
Golfers: Ekahi Village is across the street from Wailea's Blue golf course and a short drive to the Gold and Emerald. Makena's course is only a bit further south!
The Village consists of 35 acres of beautiful tropical grounds with two story low rise buildings. There are three "quiet" pools, one of which is only 150 feet from our unit. Dine at the main pool next to the beach. It is complete with a full kitchen and BBQ grills. The famous ocean walking path in front of the Wailea hotels is only a short stroll down Keawakapu beach. Walk on sand to fabulous restaurants, but don't forget your flip flops!
BBQ on your own lanai and carry dinner and wine down to the beach for a Maui sunset treat!

We first discovered Wailea Ekahi while on a golf trip with friends. Two years later we bought our Hawaiian home to enjoy not only the fabulous golf courses, but unparalleled Keawakapu Beach and the tropical grounds and privacy of Wailea Ekahi Village. The low density property is filled with vibrant flowers and open lawn spaces. Sunsets on the beach are the highlight of each beautiful day on Maui. Maui's pace is therapy for busy lives on the mainland.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo

Bring your laptop- wireless internet is available. Living room has a 37" flat screen TV. Large second bedroom suite is perfect for teens or friends with its own TV/DVD. The condo sleeps six on beds with futons available for children. All bedroom furniture is new and kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled. The unit is very roomy for a two bedroom condo. The beach and pool are very close to our place.

We have traveled around the States and the world but Maui no ka oi! Maui is the best! We keep returning again and again and are never tired of our home away from home or the island. Now our four grandsons are enjoying the pools, jumping the waves and digging in the sands of Keawakapu Beach!

We returned to vacation paradise (Maui) and chose to stay in this unit again since it has so much to offer, both in location and facilities. This unit's furnishings, decorations and ammenities make it our favorite, especially compared to other units in this complex, and the price is far lower than every other unit we checked out. It was very clean, well maintained and the many upgrades reflect pride of ownership. The owners are very helpful in answering questions about the unit and surrounding area. We prefer this area of Maui as it is centrally located to so many activities, THE best snorkeling spots, great restaurants, golf and Haleakala and Hana, yet tucked away in a quiet area and SO close to the beach. I recommend it to anyone wanting to spoil themselves! The owner is having air conditioning installed next month, and while we have not needed it, its nice to have the option. We are scheduled to return to this unit this summer!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This location is the PERFECT blend of access and hideaway. This unit makes you feel like you're on your own estate. Great sunset view over the lawn from the patio. Steps from the pool or the beach makes this the perfect spot for anyone who wants to be in the water FAST. Close enough to walk comfortably to the top hotels/shops and just a few minutes from town, more shopping and restaurants. Too many choices for golf to make it easy to decide! The owner clearly treats this place as if they are living there. This is a top end, don't miss unit. Stay here and you'll feel like it's yours too!

My family (Mom, Dad, my 3 boys, and I) stayed in the condo during the summer of 2004, before the renovations. Loved the location! Very convenient and close beach and pool access, quiet, and plenty of space in the condo! Close enough to walk to Wailea's shopping mall. One of our favorite places to stay!

This condo is the best location we've stayed at on Maui or Kauai! Corner units like this one are rare, especially on the ground floor (no stairs!) and the large windows provide great views. The kitchen is spacious, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable, as is the living room. I love the big screen TV and channel selection. Having two master bedrooms and bathrooms is a big plus. The main two patios are great with the ocean breeze, the views and hearing the waves crash. The beautiful green lawns, landscaping and pools are great! I especially like the main pool down at the beach with the full kitchen and covered patio. The adult pool near the unit is really nice for quiet swims. The close access to the beach across the street is a big plus for us. The beach is one of the best ones on Maui for walking and snorkeling. We love to walk down to the restaurants on this beach, watch the sunsets, or view the whales. We checked out other units in this complex and other complexes, but this one is a step up in quality and amenities from the rest. Can't wait to go back!

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It has every thing you could want or need. The location is perfect for long walks on the beach, shopping is nearby, the unit itself is beautifully appointed, the grounds are amazing. We would recommend it to any and all. The owners have gone out of their way to make this villa a positive experience.

Maui is truly paradise ... and this condo is amazing in every way. Super spacious, with great indoor and outdoor areas. It's close to pools but why swim there when the beach is about 60 seconds away! I haven't been since they've redone the place, but can't wait to get back over and check out all the upgrades - I know they put a lot of time and money into fixing it up ... as if it needed it at all. Could only make it more deluxe. Walking distance to major resorts in Wailea - right down the beach! - and an easy drive into town for other diversions. I suggest a pitcher full of something and a walk to the beach for sunset every night - you'll never want to leave!
