This is a fantastic house, especially for a ski vacation! Location is terrific, very quiet and peaceful with woods surrounding, but just a short drive to Stratton Mountain. The house was VERY clean and so thoughtfully stocked and maintained--everything we needed was right there and easy to find. The house has a wonderful fireplace/stove with plenty of firewood. The layout is great with a high ceiling and loft-type upstairs with two spacious bedrooms, including one with lots of bunkbeds, (and another two bedrooms downstairs). It was lots of space for our family of 4; it would also work well for 2 couples with kids or an extended family.
