The room was beautiful and the outdoor hot tubs were great except the jets didn't work in one of them. Unfortunately some kids were throwing snowballs at us in the hot tub from the 5th floor and we let it go the first two times, then the third one partially hit my wife in the head and also got my friend's wife. I called the front desk to complain and they said they would send security. Finally as the security guard was walking outside they launched another one and it almost hit a girl in another group. We told the security guard what balcony they were thrown from and he interupted us and said he was counting the rooms, but the other issue is that the hot tubs are closed and we needed to get out. No problem, we gathered our stuff and left. We were getting off the elevator and met the security guard in the hallway and he told us to be quiet coming up...I think he heard the group of kids down by the lobby. I called the front desk when we got back to our room and explained that the security guard was kind of rude and we felt nothing was done about the kids throwing snowballs. The guy didn't apologize, only said they would accommodate us appropriately. They did nothing. We understand kids will be kids, but they should've been confronted and we would've appreciated them getting back to us on what they found out. Nice facility, but the staff was disappointing.

We liked everything except for the fact that the condo does not overlook the three hot tubs like the picture posted, but overlooks the main street with all the bus/car/foot traffic. Had to keep the shutters closed for most of our stay. Kind of false advertising, wouldn't you say?

This was our 1st experience with VRBO and it was great! Josh was professional and easy to work with. Our condo was perfect. The corner unit gave us extra space. It was clean and very comfortable. We are fairly picky when it comes to our accommodations and this unit was just right for a ski getaway.

This was a great spot. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would add is that since it is a corner unit, there is a bit of traffic noise from I70 and Copper Village but it's a roomy, comfortable unit and the pros outweigh any cons.....plus Josh is always great to work with!

The Passage Point Condo was well maintained and well equipped. It really was like a home away from home. Unit is right on the bus line, which is very convenient. Although we didn't use them, the outdoor hot tubs looked really inviting! Nice place!

This unit was awesome! One of the bigger 2 BR units in the village. You cant beat the location of Passage Point. Its next door to the lifesaver Starbucks, and on top of the finest restaurant in Copper. With a huge master BR, spacious 2nd BR, and pull out queen, we were able to sleep 6 adults without a problem. I was very surprised and thanks Josh for all of your help! We'll return soon!

We had a great time. The perfect place for our needs. We loved the roominess and amenities... especially the humidifiers. I usually have a tough time up there with the dry weather. Very considerate of you to have these units in the condo.
