Welcome to 'Island Time' a secluded, private home on the north-side beach of Cayman Brac, (not Grand Cayman- see map of Cayman Brac) one of the safest and most natural of tropical islands. Great for families or groups. Located on two acres in Stake Bay and centrally located to everything. Very quiet, away from traffic and airline noise. Snorkel or scuba right off your own private beach. Wake up and enjoy the view and sound of the turquoise-blue sparkling Caribbean Sea every morning. See the wildlife on your morning or early evening walks down the home's private 1000-foot road through the native Cayman vegetation. Sit out on the patio or beach and enjoy the beautiful sunset. This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our property caretaker will meet you at the airport and will gladly assist you. You can REALLY get away here! Experience the warm waters, warm weather, and warm and friendly people of Cayman Brac.
Master bedroom has a King bed with bathroom en suite.

Why the Owner Chose North Side
Cayman Brac is unique in its landscape and tranquility. This is the one place where we feel truly safe and trustworthy of its people. The water is clear and warm and the reefs are healthy in their diversity of corals and fish. The island is a true nature-lover's delight, topside and underwater.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We face west by northwest so gorgeous sunsets on the water are in view. The house is 120feet from the water on its own very secluded beach. The closest neighbor's rooftop some 400feet away is only seen. Our private road is at least 1000feet from the main road, limiting traffic noise. We are far enough away from the airport not to hear any airline noise as well. The view of the Caribbean Sea is mesmerizing and you can walk out 100feet from shore and be only chest high. There are 2 shallow and 1 deep divesite right out our back door that a 10 minute swim (to the shallow ones) brings you to beautiful coralheads and plentiful fish. A large grocery store is located in downtown Stake Bay barely 2 miles away and the island hospital is even closer a 1/2 mile away.

In 1991 we came to Cayman Brac on a timeshare exchange and fell in love with the island and its people. As scuba divers, we found the diving spectacular. In 1993 we bought land and in 1999 the house was built with intention to eventually retire here. By 2005 all interior work was completed by our own hands and we decided to make it available as a vacation rental. This is our home away from home and hope others find it as relaxing and comfortable as we do. By comparison, you'll find renting a house more economical for larger families. A fully equipped kitchen will save on meals as well. Please view our website to see many more pictures.

We had such a wonderful time staying at your second home on the Brac. Your home is beautiful and is very comfortable. We loved how secluded is was and the view was to die for, especially at night with all the stars in the sky. We visited the whole island and loved all the local color. Everyone we met was so friendly especially Tennyson Scott from Nim's and Barry your manager. We did some snorkeling and diving and the underwater adventure is unbelievable. Our young daughters were never without something to do and can't wait until we can go back. The easy way of life that the island has is addicting. We loved your library of videos also for our easy, laid back life in the evenings. We had a time that we will remember forever. Thank you for opening up your house to us and hopefully we can come again soon.

We had the pleasure of staying here for almost three weeks. The home is well-equipped, comfortably furnished and clean. The property is quite secluded, has a private beach and is blissfully quiet. Since the house is located on the north side on the island, part of the patio is sheltered from the afternoon sun, which makes it an especially inviting place just to relax. Helen was a pleasure to work with when making our arrangements and was very prompt in returning emails. The property manager, Barry, was helpful yet not intrusive. We look forward to the opportunity for a return visit!

I almost turned around and went back!!!!!!!!!!!! It was wonderful. We had so much fun snorkeling. It was beautiful and more than what we could have asked for. We met some great people and went to their house for drinks one night. Ate too much though!!!

We had an absolutely fabulous time on the Brac, and your house was amazing. We could not have asked for better accomodations. Barry was very kind and helped us get our luggage to the house and checked to make sure everything was OK during the week. The Brac is truely a special place, that we would like to return to often if possible. We dove with your friend Craig and that was a great experience. Our daughters dove everyday, and my husband and I dove 3 days. The dive sites are fantastic, and he was very professional and helpful! Well, thank you again for the great vacation. You truely have a piece of paradise on Cayman Brac!
