This spacious Townhouse sleeps 8-9 people very comfortably and privately. The Master Suite, located on the top floor, contains a King-sized bed and a private bath with double sinks and a corner jetted jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom contains a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom contains a captain's bunk bed with a twin-size trundle.

Multi-generational Family Visit to Breck

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. My husband and I were traveling with one set of grandparents, our 2-year old son and us and this was perfect. The location was ideal- walking distance to almost everything. And the condo had everything we could need, it was well-maintained and clean. The owners were fantastic- they provided needed information and gave additional details for our stay. The only hitch was no AC, which was only a problem because we were there during the hottest weekend in the summer and the next door restaurant held a late-night deck party (only a problem one night). We would definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone. We also highly recommend Ember, a nearby restaurant, if you go.

Perfect Base for a Mountain Bike Training Camp

6 days, 350 miles on the trails surrounding Breckenridge. My wife, a friend, and myself used this house as our base while mountain biking on the trails surrounding Breckenridge. The full kitchen provides everything you need, the long dinner table is great for organizing gear, and the living room is great for relaxing and trying to recover after 7 hours on the bike. Coming from Tennessee, we were surprised to find no a/c but quickly discovered that with highs of 65 and lows of 49, there was no need. The house was very clean and the beds slept very well. We never once got in our car from the moment we pulled up until the moment we pulled out to leave. Everything this paradise of a town has to offer is within easy walking distance, including Breakfast at the Blue Moose and dinner at a hundred different restaurants. If possible, I would love to come back here every year.

We rented this townhome for the week of June 20th. The townhome is wonderful, convenient to all shops, restauants, & nightlife. I was travelling with my wife and four young adult children (17 to 25 years) and we had plenty of room. Dont hesitate to rent this quality townhome when in Breckenridge.
