It gets plenty of sunlight during the day; and is very quiet at night. The large window look out onto a charming quiet courtyard with plants and flowers. Our studio comes with a full-size bed (sleep 2) café-style table & chairs, kitchenette with microwave, coffee-maker, fridge, wine glasses, etc. LE NEIGHBOROOD Rue Xavier Privas is in the heart of the historical Latin Quarter. You will be steps away from the romantic Bridges of River La Seine & church Notre Dame; at the heart of Paris in a pedestrian street lined with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and shops which create a festive ambiance. But pragmatically being centered saves money....as you can walk everywhere to all major monuments. LE METRO 1 minute walk to metro St Michel and 2 minutes walk to RER B direct line to CDG airport
