Luxurious, 1st floor Carriage Home at gated Vasari Golf and Country Club, one of southwest Florida's newest golf and country club communities. The Vasari Community is conveniently located just off Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs, near dining shopping and entertainment.
Our Home overlooks the par 72 championship golf course which was professionally designed by Gordon G. Lewis. There are 5 tees that make the golf available for all levels of players. The full country club membership is available with this rental after paying an additional $400 transfer fee plus cart fees. Golf, driving range, tennis, swimming, fitness center/spa, 2 restaurants and lots of extra activities are included A heated community spa/pool is located just across the street in addition to the Clubhouse pool. 6 brand-new Har-Tru tennis courts are on-site.
Our Home was professionally decorated with the finest stainless steel appliances and accessories, as well as beautiful granite countertops. The Dining Area seats 4-6 guests comfortably with additional seating in the breakfast nook. 12-foot glass sliding doors open from the Great Room onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the golf course. The Great Room has an entertainment center with TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system.
The Master Bedroom has a luxurious King bed, 2 large walk-in closets and a private beth featuring his and her sinks, soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed and an adjacent hallway bath. The Den is furnished with a desk and sleeper sofa to accommodate additional overnight guests. TVs are located in all bedrooms and den. There is a separate full laundry room.
Vasari Golf and Country Club provides you access to the Philharmonic Center for the Arts, shopping, vibrant nightlife and delicious dining opportunities in Naples. Vasari is also very convenient to the Ft. Myers airport and the I75 corridor.
