Relaxation awaits you in our Long Beach Island (LBI) reversed living house just steps to a private beach. Excellent views of ocean and the bay from living area and decks. House features very large living room with a sleeper sofa, dining room with table seating for up to 10 guests. Entire top floor features exotic Brazilian cherry wood floors. Lower floor includes 4 bedrooms with room to sleep 8 people and features 2 Master bedrooms with Queen size beds, 3rd bedroom with Full-size bed and 4th bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children.

Bathrooms are newly refurbished, featuring ceramic tiles and very clean. House features NEW central air conditioning, high speed wireless internet access, DVD/VCR and video games, den with TV/DVD, washer and dryer plus all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The entire house is freshly painted and recently updated with new carpeting and appliances. Enjoy a fun day on the private beach and rinse off in the outside shower, a true LBI experience.

  • We had the joy of staying here in August of 2007. It was a bit of a risk - we rented site unseen - but after several phone conversations with the owner, I felt confident it would be OK. Margaret and her family are a joy. They took great care to make sure we were set up and comfortable. We can't believe how relaxed we quickly became, and how much fun we had - and how easy it all way! It is an understatement to say that my family and I were blown away at both the house, the location, and the graciousness of the owners. We were completely at home there. The layout is perfect. The house is immaculate. It's steps from the beach, where a lifeguard tower is right there. Anything we could have ever imagined needing was there. Chairs, paper plates - even Band Aids. This is the best rental you will ever find. We have already book our next summer's vacation!!

  • Having stayed in LBI for the past 8 season's, I can tell you the location, amenities, and accommodations are perfect. Margaret's graciousness during "check-in" and "check-out" also contributes to a very enjoyable vacation. It's always a plus when you're renting from nice people.
