New luxury condominium unit located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white beaches of Panama City Beach. Close to the new Pier Park Center Shopping complex, Gulf World and more, but with less crowded beaches. Beach Chair Service is included during your rental; an umbrella and two chaise chairs with cushions are provided.
Three bedrooms including a King Master Suite, Queen bed in guest, bunks in third, plus sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have TV's and DVD Players for movies. Bunk room has a TV plus VCR.
Located on the 11th floor directly above the main pool, only 6 floors up from pool, this unit is high enough for gorgeous gulf views, but low enough to quickly access the pool, beach and other amenities. Our living area and balcony overlook the gulf, with balcony access from the master bedroom as well as the living area.
New furnishings selected by our interior decorator provide you with the latest in beach decoration. Relax in the luxury of this beautifully decorated unit with granite kitchen countertops, upscale appliances, 700 Watt Surround sound theater and more. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils and serving dishes to cook your favorite meals.
The spacious balcony is accessed through the master bedroom as well as the living room and has six chairs plus your private chaise lounge to enjoy the gorgeous views and curl up with your favorite book. High speed internet access in our living room provides your connection to the world from the privacy of your unit. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the laundry room.
Sunrise Beach has parking deck on first four floors providing covered parking (no crossovers to walk) plus easy access to the building and our unit.
ATTENTION Baseball & Softball Players: We are one of the closest condos to the PCB Recreation fields. You can see the fields from the north balcony. Enjoy the beach and pool between your games.

I recently visited this condo to celebrate my 25th birthday with my family. The pictures does not do this place justice! This place is great and it has a lovely view. We were not too far from Pier Park as well as other attractions. We rented scooters and rode down to Pier Park. It was a very short ride. We also rode to Ripleys Believe it or Not.The place was very clean and had all the utencils needed for us to prepare a meal (minus the food of course). It was 7 of us and we had more than enough room! I would definitely recommend this place for family getaways. I will stay here again without hestitation!

My husband, my parents and our two children stayed at this condo in June of 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very nice with a great kitchen and spacious living areas. The balcony was wonderful as well as the pools. The bedrooms in the condo were perfect and very comfortable. Sunrise Beach is very centrally located and close to anything that we wanted to do. We will absolutely be back!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!

We had a great time in your condo during our stay for Memorial Day week! We didn't have any problems all week with getting carts or getting elevators and the beaches weren't super crowded in front of the Sunrise complex. We REALLY enjoyed the beach service chairs and umbrella that were included with the rental! The 2 pools and hot tubs were always well maintained and monitored by personnel there - we saw many people asked to leave for not having their pool bracelets. We never had any problems getting parking spaces when we went out and then came back in. The complex is located very near Pier Park, which was super convenient for going to restaurants, seeing movies, shopping, etc. We were also within walking distance of a few other restaurants. It is definitely located in a more active part of the strip, but we never heard any car traffic or loud people once we were inside the condo. I think being on the 11th floor really helped with that. The condo itself was perfect for us! The master bedroom had a great view of the ocean and a large bathroom and 2 closets. The guest bedroom was ample sized and had a nice size bathroom across the hall. The 3rd bedroom had a set of bunk beds and a small tv with a Playstation 2 in it. It was perfect for our son and it prevented him from having to sleep out in the common area on the pull-out couch. The kitchen was very nice and had all the appliances and kitchen tools we needed. We used the washer and dryer a few times while we were there and it was nice to have them both be full sized. The balcony was super nice to sit out on and read a book and look out at the ocean or to look down on the pool area and see what was going on down there. We saw someone get evicted for pouring an ice chest over their balcony, so they monitor that too! The condo was very well maintained overall. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunrise, Your condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed the spacious balony with the extra large table and lounge chairs it was just as enjoyable as sitting on the beach. the location was convenient to everything that we wanted to do. We plan on coming back in near future. May 2010
