New luxury condominium unit located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white beaches of Panama City Beach. Close to the new Pier Park Center Shopping complex, Gulf World and more, but with less crowded beaches. Beach Chair service is included during your rental.
Three bedrooms including a King Master Suite, Queen bed in guest, bunks in third, plus sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have TV's and DVD Players for movies. Bunk room has Sony Playstation plus VCR.
Located on the 11th floor directly above the main pool, only 6 floors up from pool, this unit is high enough for gorgeous gulf views, but low enough to quickly access the pool, beach and other amenities. Our living area and balcony overlook the gulf, with balcony access from the master bedroom as well as the living area.
New furnishings selected by our interior decorator provide you with the latest in beach decoration. Relax in the luxury of this beautifully decorated unit with granite kitchen countertops, upscale appliances, 700 Watt Surround sound theater and more. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils and serving dishes to cook your favorite meals.
The spacious balcony is accessed through the master bedroom as well as the living room and has six chairs plus your private chaise lounge to enjoy the gorgeous views and curl up with your favorite book. High speed internet access in our living room provides your connection to the world from the privacy of your unit. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the laundry room.
Sunrise Beach has parking deck on first four floors providing covered parking (no crossovers to walk) plus easy access to the building and our unit.
ATTENTION Baseball & Softball Players: We are one of the closest condos to the PCB Recreation fields. You can see the fields from the north balcony. Enjoy the beach and pool between your games.
