The worlds whitest sand at the end of this dead end street is a beach lovers dream come true. This area is family oriented with a friendly home town feel. This home includes a washer/dryer and loads of storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and all the toys needed for a fun vacation.

My girlfriends and I were looking forward to a relaxing memorial day weekend with some fun in the sun. Kenny's home was absolutely perfect. 6 girls stayed comfortably in the 3 bedrooms. The balcony was great to BBQ in and the washer/dryer downstairs was great! The beach was a 5 minute walk down the block and Kenny was nice enough to provide us with some chairs. It was really a great time, and it didn't break the bank at all. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners.

We rented the apartment for 10 days to bring mother in law over from the UK for her 80th. The landlord was easily contactable and very helpful providing us with more photos of the property. The property is well presented and well equipped and we were delighted with our choice. Having 2 bathrooms was really useful with 4 of us staying. The beach is literally a couple of minutes walk and lives up to the photos. Having a car would be useful as you are about a couple of miles or so from the LIRR station that has a very regular timetable of trains running into Penn Station. The local taxis are a ripoff compared to the yellow cabs in New York. Would recommend the Fishermans Catch at Lookout Point to eat out and looks out onto the estuary. Would happily return to the property again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
