This cozy Single-Family 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Pool Home within walking distance of Jupiter’s beautiful beaches located on a quiet dead end street. Relax in the very private back yard that has a large covered patio with a solar heated screen enclosed swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Three sets of French-doors open up to the pool & patio so you can enjoy the relaxing ocean breezes.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, hard wood flooring and a custom bathroom with a glass block shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the third & forth bedrooms have two twin beds. Relax and watch Cable TV on any of the three TV’s in the living room, the family room and master bedroom.
If you love to cook you will enjoy the fully equipped custom kitchen with granite counter tops and the gas Bar-B-Q on the patio. Enjoy a meal in the dining room, at the breakfast table in the family room, or out on the patio. For your convenience the kitchen is fully equipped.
Bedding, linens and towels are provided. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, a DVD player, a stereo and three televisions on cable TV.
Walk, bike or rollerblade to the beautiful beaches, fishing pier and beachfront parks. 10 minutes from Roger Dean Stadium the spring training home for the Cardinals and Marlins. Some of the best fishing, diving, surfing and boating in the US right here. Lots of great shopping, restaurants, entertainment, movies, golf courses and nightlife near by. 20 minute drive to Palm Beach International Airport and Downtown West Palm Beach. 1 hour drive to Ft. Lauderdale. 1.5 hours to Miami and South Beach. 2.5 hours to Orlando and Disney.

- Private Pool: The pool has a screen enclosure, is solar heated. The water temperature is be between 80F / 27C and 87F / 30C during the winter. It is very private because the back yard is surrounded by an 8 feet tall landscaped concrete wall.

- Jupiter has 7 miles of beautiful public beach with Bahama blue water. There are several parks along the beach including a sea turtle rescue center and a fishing pier less than a mile from the house. The beach is exactly 4/10th's of a mile from the house at the end of the street that the house is on. Roger Dean Stadium, home to the St. Louis Cardinals and Florida Marlins for baseball spring training is 7 miles or 10 minutes from the house.

Why the Owner Chose Jupiter
I really enjoy my home at Jupiter Beach. This is one of the top beaches in all of the United States with 7 miles of public beach, bike and jogging trails, several parks, a fishing pier and a sea turtle rescue center. I live in the home during th summer and rent it out during the winter. I have been renting it out every winter since 2005. I have been fortunate, my home attracts nice families from all over the world. So far everyone I have rented to has been respectful of my home and taken good care of my home. I look forward to meeting more nice people and I enjoy letting other experience this awesome home and location.
