This is our fourth year and we are really excited about this season.
Our Condo is two blocks from Park City Mountain Resort ski lifts and ski school. One block away from supermarket, shopping, restaurants, and directly on free Park City shuttle bus which provides transportation to the down town area and the other two resorts in Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons.
Five bedroom, four bath, 2000 square foot, condominium (two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom upstairs with 2 full futons and 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 queen futon, 1 bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds, additional small loft with bean bag that can unfold to a twin mattress if needed and pull out in living room. Sleeps 12-14.
We love kids....port-a-crib, Playstation II, high chair, poker card set and board games.
Our goal is not monetary gain, but to have a place for family and friends to use as a winter retreat. Our rates are about 25% less than the rates of similar for profit Condos in the complex. This Condo is perfect for taking a ski trip with two or three families or a family reunion.
As a family run operation, we realize a ski vacation can become expensive. Therefore we will pass along a news letter with some tips for savings on your trip to Park City. This includes information on how to get free first day lift tickets, lift tickets at a 30% discount, (for six days of skiing this means one person's savings is about $160, a family of four about $640, and for a group of eleven which is what we commonly take on our yearly trip, $1,750). We also have some tips for child care, reasonably priced ski equipment/gear, bus route info and family friendly restaurants. |
