This is a terrific place to stay. It is the best equipped VRBO place we've ever stayed at. The apartment is lovely, and Tom and Maria go out of their way to be helpful. Snow is removed from the walkway and driveway constantly, so there is never a chance of slipping. When our kitchen sink drain got stopped up, Tom had it running again within 5 minutes of our calling him. I highly recommend staying here. You will be glad you did.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in Jan 2011 and loved it. The Apartment was beautiful and had everything you could need. The location was brillent, nice quite area and less than 1 minute walk to bus stop, from where you will be in main street in 10 mins and at the slopes in less than 10 mins. Tom and Maria were very welcoming and helpful.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

A very nice apartment - clean and well-equipped; perfect for the two of us on a ski trip. Tom and Maria were very helpful, and even swept snow from our rental car. Very convenient to the bus stop (perhaps 50 feet) and located in a quiet, residential area. A great choice and we would love to come back in the future.

Tom and Maria were very gracious and friendly hosts. The location was ideal. The apartment had all the amenities one would want from the boot/glove dryer, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and extremely comfortable bed. Emails were promptly returned. Definitely a wonderful experience!

What a wonderful place to stay. It has all the amenities and more. The owners go out of their way for a most pleasant stay. The convenient free bus system is steps from the condo. A real gem!!

This apartment is awesome! Well equipped with everything you'll ever need. It is immaculately spotless with a very warm, cosy feel. Conveniently located to town - you can easily walk though we mostly used the free bus service to get around - bus stop is practically at the door! We stayed for 9 nights and totally loved it. The apartment is very private. Tom & Maria have really thought of everything to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Highly recommend to all!

We had a great stay. This place has all the comforts of home...full kitchen, dryer, Internet, comfy bed. Loved it. Saved a ton of dough by cooking for ourselves. We had a rental car, but barely used it b/c the bus was so convenient. We will definitely be back.

Condo was very nice and is the perfect getaway for two. Place had everything you could possibly need. Tom and Maria are perfect hosts; friendly, caring and focused on taking care of their tenants. They brushed snow off our car and daily salted the drive/walkway. The apartment is perfect for a couple. Fully furnished in every detail and beautifully decorated. Tom & Maria have thought of everything. Truly the best furnished rental we've had the pleasure of occupying. Gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for preparing all meals. Refrigerator was stocked cold beer, cola, yogurt, apples, etc. Washer/dryer are great benefits. Location is only 25 yards from free city bus stop, and walking distance to restaurants. A great rental which we look forward to again enjoying. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great place for two!!! The shuttle is so close it makes getting around almost too easy. Tom and Maria have thought of everything. What a perfect place to ski, relax, and enjoy Park City. We'll be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped, well-maintained, comfortable, and reasonably priced place for two in Park City. It was nice to have amenities like a boot and glove warmer and a good cd player. We were also very impressed that Tom and Maria kept the driveway and stairs so clear for us during a snowy week. We were so busy skiing and eating dinner out that we did not even take advantage of other good things like the full kitchen and washer/dryer! We will definitely consider staying here again and enjoying an evening or two in the place.

Excellent stay. Tom and Maria's personal touch were just what you needed to make your stay complete. The place is cozy and comfortable with everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. Wow, nice and thoughtful decor and very convenient to everything. Quiet too. Loved the little xtras especially the dual reclining sofa and thanks for having butter & a beer in the fridge :)

Just spent New Year at the apartment and we had a fabulous stay. The owners, Tom and Maria, are very welcoming and friendly and really helped make our stay a great one. The apartment is lovely-the kitchen has everything you need and more; the decor is tasteful, everything is in great condition and the apartment is exceptionally clean! The location is also good with the ski bus stop just a few steps from the apartment. Regular buses run to all the ski resorts and into the centre of town. We highly recommend a visit to this apartment.

I was in Park City with my younger son to watch my older child compete. We only needed a place for the two of us and Tom and Maria's place was the perfect solution. It is immaculate and even nicer than the photos show. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was as fully stocked as my kitchen at home. The full-size washer and dryer allowed us to pack a little lighter - a blessing on a luggage-heavy ski vacation! The icing on the cake was the convenient shuttle which stopped literally steps from the door. No car was necessary and the shuttle came every 20 minutes to take us wherever we needed to go. We WILL be back!

This rental is perfect for two. You are steps from one of Park City's public bus stops. The condo has excellent appliances as well as all of the dishware and silverware you will need to cook your own meals at night. The washer and dryer is excellent to have after a long day on the slopes. Plus the two owners are really nice people and treated us with such hospitality. Our stay was great.
