Indian Palms Country Club has a newly renovated 22,000 square foot club house/pro shop and restaurant as well as a Lifestyle Center with state of the art workout room, tennis courts and two pools. There are 27 holes of Championship golf. Indian Palms is also home to the John Jacobs School of Golf. There are many spectacular golf courses within minutes of your resort home including Landmark, PGA West, Indian Wells, and Trilogy home of the 2004 Skins Game. This home is also located about 1 mile from the Polo grounds.

You are also just minutes from shopping, including El Paseo the "Rodeo Drive" of the desert, the Cabazon Outlet Center (30 minute drive)malls, boutiques.   • If you like to be surprised by a rental being way beyond expectations -- this is it. Virtually everything we could have wanted for an enjoyable desert vacation was included,plus many amenities that were totally unexpected. These included a 50" Plasma HDTV, bikes, electric blankets, fully equipped kitchen / pantry, upscale furniture, etc. In addition, the owners were very concerned with our comfort during the entire stay. This was very "easy living". We hated to leave!

  • We stayed in this home for 13 days in December 2006. We would stay again. The house was very clean. It was better looking than the pictures indicate. The master suite is very large and spacious and the other bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is VERY well equipped. A new Albertson's is within easy walking distance. But, there are a lot of restaurants in the area.. The house is on a fairway (on the hook side) in a quiet area of the country club. The back yard is northfacing, so in the shade most of the time. The owner was very cooperative and helpful and timely about everything. We were getting a lot of solicitation calls, and when we told him, he called the "do not call" list and they stopped while we were there.

  • This property was ideal for our family. We travelled with a young child and met up with relatives in California. The location was within a short drive to many of the attractions that the areas offers. We enjoyed trips on the golf cart over to the fitness facilty for swimming and playing ball on the grassy field. And on the evenings that we didn't feel like cooking we headed to the clubhouse where we enjoyed great meals out on the back patio. The condo had everything we could possibly have wanted in a rental accomodation, but most importantly was that it came with the luxuries of home! Thanks for the first class accomodations!
