Beautiful views across Alton Bay from this large, wrap-around deck. - Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire Waterfront Retreat
Welcome to our year-round, waterfront house with the protection of a small cove AND beautiful views across Alton Bay. There is 108 feet of private waterfront with a U-shaped dock for two boats (up to 26 feet) with swimming off the end and sandy bottom. The cove provides a perfect area for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, etc. out of the hustle and bustle of the open lake. A beautiful bluestone patio abuts the shore.
The three bedroom home comfortably sleeps ten (one bedroom with two twin trundle beds sleeps four, two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, walkout basement suite with 2 foldaway cots, sleeper sofa). The entire front of the house has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living room opening to the wrap-around deck and lake. The house was gutted and luxuriously appointed during the winter 2008. We use the home frequently and pride ourselves in offering a clean and thoughtfully equipped rental. TOWELS AND LINENS are provided for a truly turnkey vacation experience.
