Welcome Friends, Family, and Guests! Our vacation property is a patio condo, only a few years old, with state-of-the-art construction, very spacious and comfortable. It has more than 1,500 square feet with ten-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, and granite counters throughout. The patio condo has a large, private patio with good view, lounge chairs, patio swing, patio table with chairs, gas barbecue, and fire pit. The property is quiet and private. Guests comment that it provides a comfortable casual experience and yet, an exclusive, executive feel. Our property is most popular with friends and family. Our Guests have access to a clubhouse with an adult exercise room, two shared swimming pools, and two shared hot tubs. Bring along your swim suits and some pool towels. Have a great time!

Our condo is on the ground floor without any stairs. It is primarily available for friends, family, and preferred guests. If you would like to be eligible as a preferred guest, please send us an email. Our vacation condo is well suited for two adult couples or a family with children. Our property is for non-smokers without pets. It is used by the general public on a limited basis and for a minimum of 30 days. No short-term rental! If you are looking for short-term rental or a party house, our place is NOT for you. For smokers or those with pets, let us refer you to the many other properties of Southern Utah.

The calendar is updated regularly. The calendar may appear busy and days unavailable; however, we have blocked out several weeks and weekends especially for you: friends and family. We are not operating a business. If your plans change, notify us prior to your stay, and your reservation will be canceled with no charge to you. And, if you must shorten your stay, the paid unused days will be refunded to you. We do not benefit by someone's change in circumstance or misfortune.

  • Doug, Just wanted to zip off a quick thank you for allowing us to rent your patio condo. Everything was great! Really appreciated the little extras like bottled water, regular size washer and dryer, lots of pillows and your tour of the space. We have rented condo's and cabins in CA., FL., SC., GA., TN. and VA. that have not had these amenities. The only complaint my nephews had which really had nothing to do with the condo was the snow we encountered at several of the National Parks. I didn't know that Bryce Canyon National Park receives it's maximum snowfall in March every year. They like to hike and many of the trails were really not safe. The other factor is we live in snow about 5 months of the year so they were really wanting to be warmer. Maybe next year we will head to the Carribean islands for spring break. Anyway, thanks so much for sharing your condo with us. When we travel back to the St. George area we will likely do so during the summer months and will definitely contact you again! Take care! Kim

  • We loved our stay at this beautiful patio condo. The space was perfect for our family. The condo was up-to- date with darling furnishings and was nice and clean. I loved having a full laundry room and kitchen available for our use. I would recommend these accommadations to anyone who loves to travel and still feel like they are at home. The extras like the beautiful pools and a work out room were really great too. Plus a park is with in walking distance for my children. Thank you for the hospitality.

  • This rental property is one of my favorite I have stayed at. I really enjoy the space. We are a family of four and there is plenty of room for my kids to play and the sleeping arrangements couldn't have been better. The beds are comfortable and we loved the large shower. I like how everything we needed was provided for us. I have stayed there for weeks at a time and I never got tired of being there. In fact, after I leave I think about how nice it was and I want to be back there. I will definitely stay there again and again because the accommodations and the numerous conveniences (pool, work out room, etc.) are so nice Thank You for making this such a great experience for me and my family!
