Enjoy the bar island seating around the huge granite counter top centered in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen that is an entertainer's delight! The breakfast area table and chairs are by french windows that lead out to the lanai covered patio and brand new BBQ grill. Relax around the patio table or on the lounge chairs on those relaxed evenings you spend having a cocktail or watching the desert stars.
The elegant master suite has a flat screen TV. French windows look out to the Chocolate Mountains. You have your own large walk-in closet with private adjoining bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi tub.
The Queen Size room is decorated in Mission Style furniture with TV and DVD. The twin bedded room also has a TV.
The den offers a comfortable recliner, executive chair and desk that will accommodate your computer, and another TV... Lots of room for an extra bed if required.
The community heated pool and spa is approximately 100 yds down the street. The home is located on the 4th green of the Mountain Course with panoramic mountain views either side. Local phone calls are included and internet service provided. The home comfortably sleeps 7-8 adults and is beautifully tiled throughout.
Indian Palms CC features a 27-hole championship golf course consisting of three 9-hole courses. There is also a world class practice facility featuring a double-ended driving range, 2 putting greens and a complete short game area. There is a complete pro shop for your golfing needs. Also on site is a full-service restaurant and bar at La Palma which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also an Olympic size pool and second pool plus spas at the Lifestyle center. Pool floats and beach towels are provided. The Lifestyle center is equipped with state-of-the-art workout equipment, and daily classes. There are also 6 tennis courts for your use.

This home has everything your family needs for your vacation! It is clean and beautiful! You can have your morning coffee on the patio and watch the golfers come by. It is a short walk to the pool and the Club house is a great place to eat. Will definitely return one day!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
