This Condo is located on the GROUND FLOOR of the most popular ISLAND PRINCESS. We have children and love the convenience of no elevators and no steps to climb. We have a private patio just steps away from the pool and the catwalk leading to the beautiful beach and azure waters.
This condo is custom decorated and everything is new, including furniture, appliances, carpet, paint, and beautiful new tile flooring in the main living room and bathrooms.
We very much enjoy vacationing in our Condo, so we have furnished it with everything to make our family , as well as yours, feel like you're in paradise! I love the colors of soothing gold, red, and green. Every detail of our Condo is exquisitely decorated with custom draperies throughout. It is definitely not your typical rental Condo.
My favorite room is our Master bedroom. The huge canopy bed is so inviting that you'll sleep like a King on our pillow-top mattress.
We offer a complimentary beach set-up with your stay, including 2 chairs and an umbrella.

Island Princess' location is ideal! On Fort Walton's scenic Okaloosa Island, you are only six miles from downtown Destin. There are several excellent restaurants, the fishing pier, and boardwalk are within a close distance. Tons of shopping, golf, and more world-class restaurants are close by. The kids will love the water parks, go-cart racing, arcades, the Gulfarium, museums, miniature golf, and more. On the beach, you can go a little wild with parasailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax with a good book.
