Our beautifully furnished 3rd floor condo is approximately 1500 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a large bunk room located on the Gulf of Mexico. The Master suite is bright and airy with a King size bed and sliding glass doors that open to your own balcony and a spacious bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Down the hall is the Guest bedroom which offers a Queen size bed and a large bunk room perfect for your little ones to fall asleep while watching their favorite cartoons.
The elegantly furnished living room is equipped with a Queen sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors opening to your own private balcony. The 175 sq. ft. balcony is great for mid-day naps or late evening cocktails while enjoying the gentle breezes from the Gulf. The suite also features a fully-appointed kitchen and breakfast bar complete with granite counter-tops and all the appliances and necessary cooking utensils.

Let me start off by saying the owner of this condo was wonderful! Very willing to work with us and our crazy schedule! It is located right on the beach and you get 2 free lawn chairs w/an umbrella for each day you stay there, not to mention free dvds!!! Our three young girls had a blast at the beach and the pool and loved sleeping in the bunk beds (which was a new experience for them). The condo itself was in pretty good shape but could use some TLC. The faucet in the kitchen was broken, some of the tiles in the MB were cracked and some of the doors looked like they had been the poor victim of some rough kids. All in all though, this place was great and for the price I don't think you could beat it! This is the first condo my in-laws had ever stayed in that actually supplied toilet paper, toiletries; basically everything you could need! I hope to be back here again very soon!!! Thanks for the experience!

This was a beautiful Condo, right on the beach, Security was awesome. We had NO trouble at all and it was Senior Week. Checked in and out on the 1st floor, people in the office were very helpful and polite. We even got a free movie rental while we checked in. Condo is close to Pineapple Willie's and shops. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone going to PCB. Clean, nice furniture, great bunk room for the kids. BIG Bathrooms! I can't wait for our next trip! Laura Kennedy Douglasville, GA
