Why the Owner Chose Sand Caper: We chose this property because of the location on Estero island and the Gulf view from the balcony. Because this condo is an end unit, there is light coming in from two sides. Also the kitchen is larger than other units in the building and has two windows in it as well as a little breakfast area. When you walk in the front door and look out the windows you will be speechless to describe the view.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: The unique benefits are the location of the Sand Caper toward the south end of the island. The EXPANSIVE Gulf beach consists of flour like white sand.
