This large, colonial, summer home is owner-occupied for one third of the summer and is kept in great condition. There are many touches to make all feel at home including a large family room, a billiards room with a pool table, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and a large deck with very private yard. This beautiful home is walking distance to Scarborough State Beach, basketball and tennis courts, and a playground/park.
This home has six large bedrooms each with queen-size or full-size beds and two large bathrooms, one with vintage clawfoot tub. There is also a large family room with cathedral ceilings and slider glass doors to an outdoor deck as well as a seperate Dining Room. Newly purchased washer and dryer off the kitchen and new wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the home. The yard is very private and includes a patio with furniture, new outdoor shower, and stainless steel gas grill. The driveway holds six cars comfortably.
As of 2006 the kitchen was renovated with all new appliances and granite countertops, 2 new bedrooms as well as a dining room were added to the home and a new outdoor shower was built.
