We completed a major remodel of both of our Branson Condos with new flooring in kitchen, dining, living room and bathrooms, oak kitchen cabinets and new paint in 2008. Great view from large back deck of the lake. Our Branson Resort Condos are on Table Rock Lake and it is the closest Branson resort to Silver Dollar City. I also help rent 20 other Branson Condos at the same resort so availability should not be a problem and we have very comparable prices to assist your Branson Lodging. The resort near Branson is very peaceful and relaxing. We call it our "Branson Condo Home away from Home getaway".

Greg & Sandy's condo was lovely - immaculately clean and very well-stocked. It was very attractively decorated and extremely comfortable. We would stay there again if we return to Branson and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

My husband and I took 2 of our teenaged grandchildren to Branson for the weekend, and stayed in this lovely resort. The condo was just as advertised, extremely clean, with everything that we needed for our stay. The kids were extremely excited about the large TV in their bedroom, lol. Greg and Sandy were very helpful in getting our reservation taken care of, especially since it was on very short notice. Since our main objective was a very long day at Silver Dollar City, the location was just perfect. Checking in after hours went very smoothly, which often isn't the case at a motel. We will definitely be returning next summer.

We spent Thanksgiving in Branson this year and it was so nice to have everything we needed to still be able cook our Thanksgiving meal. From the deck, we could actually see SDC - that's how close we were. Very comfortable condo and nicely updated! Because it's also right on the lake, we look forward to another stay here in the summer! We can't wait until it's warm enough to just sit and relax on the large deck with the great view!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

If you have never rented a condo before, you will never go back to a hotel. Very roomy. Very Good value for the money. Private. Very well furnished. We plan to come back again.

Just returned from a 3-night stay at Greg and Sandy's 38-1 unit and it was great. The condo was just as pictured and we were very very happy with this rental and will check on this unit first when planning our next trip to the area.
