I AM COMPLETELY BOOKED FOR THE SUMMER OF 2013
No weddings or conventioneers..(ie. pre wedding gatherings or after the convention day at my house are not permitted unless ok'd by the owner). This is mainly for family gatherings.
This two condominium house has a five bedroom/four bath on the top two floors and a seperate two bedroom/two bath on the first floor. They are not accessible to each other from the inside.
They can be rented seperately or combined (no more than 10 people for the top 2 floors which is the 5bdrm) and 5 people for the first floor which has the 2 bdrms.
Both units are fully furnished w/ seperate kitchens. It is situated ON The BEACH in sunny South Mission Beach just six miles south of La Jolla Beach, California. You are just a 15-minute cab ride to the airport, the Gas Lamp district in downtown San Diego (which is quite lively with multiple restaurants and bars), the infamous San Diego Zoo, golf courses galore, and literally five minutes away from Sea world! Also, shopping malls are 10 minutes away. boogie boards, bocci ball, and volleyball are included.
You will be able to stroll with your family to the Belmont Amusement Park which is celebrating its 80th anniversary and has multiple rides (including a wooden roller coaster) that can be enjoyed by all ages. You are walking distance to two local sports bars, three restaurants, and a mini-market. (you probably do not need a car during your stay!)
This house was rebuilt in 2001 and professionally decorated in 2004. It is all here!
The five bedoorm is $1250 per night (which is probably less than a hotel rate for 5 bedrooms rooms). No discounts. This is the rate every night of the year.
The 2 bedroom/ 2bath is $425 per night (which is $212.50 per bedroom/nt) Sept-May. June-Aug are weekly rates starting at 2800-4000. (saturday to saturday rentals).
Sea World and deep sea fishing are only a 5 minute car ride away! The San Diego Zoo, the Airport, and La Jolla are only 15 minutes max. and you are also about 15 minutes to tennis courts and golf course. Dell Mar Racing is one of the most prestigious race tracks in the world and is located in Dell Mar , about 25 min. away depending on traffic. This 5 bedroom/4 bath Condo is truly one the most beautiful homes in the area. It will dazzle you with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and sunsets that seem to disappear at your fingertips.
Every bedroom comes equipped with a flat screen TV, high grade linnens and towels, and updated furnishings. The flooring is travertine tile, granite counter tops, and a great fireplace. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom too. How about a hot/cold outdoor shower?! It even comes with 2 Washers ans 2 Dryers so Mom's not drying clothes all day! In other words bring the following:
3 pairs of shorts, a bikini, 3 t-shirts, sandals, shades, and a hat (maybe a windbreaker)
........NOW IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SEE SOMETHING INCREDIBLE (FAMILIES OR FRIENDS)......
What's really cool is to go down to the docks in San Diego which is in downtown San Diego( about a 12 minute drive) and visit the retired Midway Aircraft Carrier. The self tour (which takes about 45 min.) includes complimentory head phones to describe everything about the ship and all of the WW1, WWII, Korean War, and Viet Nam Fighter planes/jets that are housed on it. You get to sit in the Captain's chair or climb aboard a real fighter jet or helicopter. ( I've taken 6 groups to see it in one year). It is also located right next to 5 other attractions that allows you to climb aboard and go through it. There are two 16th century pirate type ships including the Star of India, a Russian submarine with the torpedoes still ready for launch and a U.S. sub next to it (which will show why we won the cold war), a huge ferry from the turn of the 19th century, and a millionaires yacht from the early 1900's. Then go over to the Fish Market for the best sea food in all of San Diego!
The San Diego Padres baseball team plays in downtown San diego which is only about a 15 min. walk from the boats.
Humphreys by the Cove is an outdoor concert venue that sits next to a yacht club on Shelter Island and seats about 1800 people on the grass watching the likes of Stevie Wonder, Steve Winwood, Lyle Lovett, Randy Newman, and many more that play all types of music almost every night. THE BEST PLACE FOR A CONCERT I HAVE EVER SEEN. (AND YOU WATCH IT IN SHORTS, FLIP FLOPS, AND T-SHIRT!) If you find out another friend might be there, you'll definitely run into them...it's small, but very roomy.
IF YOU WANT A CLASSY, COMFORTABLY VACATION THAT YOUR FAMILY WILL BUG YOU TO COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN, THEN THIS IS THE BEACH HOUSE! YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF FOR THE HARD YEAR YOU JUST PUT IN.

Absolutely, no large parties are welcome. (ie., 'keggers, bachelor,weddings, or class reunions are not welcome! (loss of deposit could occur) Exceptions have to be approved by the owner. This is really for families only. Thank you.
