At the front entrance there is a large courtyard with lush landscaping, ideal for a relaxing cup of coffee.
The Master suite has a king bed and an armoire with TV and DVD player. The Master bath offers a walk-in closet, a double bowl vanity, walk-in shower, and enclosed toilet. The guest room features a queen-size bed with separate bathroom. The laundry room has washer and dryer. There also is a two-car garage.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce or lawn bowling and miles of paths throughout the community for walking and biking. Please note the Sun City Grand is for active adults age 55+. Therefore, at least one rental occupant must be 55 years of age or older.
