This is a large, spacious condominium of about 1300 square feet... From the oceanfront balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful view and sea breeze. There is a second balcony, with an ocean view, off the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second bedroom has a queen-size bed; and the third bedroom has two twin beds. In the living room, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa.
The building has a new deck. The building has two elevators to take you to your sixth floor vacation spot. There are many activities and things to see and do in the Myrtle Beach area.
In this condominium, you can relax and enjoy all the activities or sit on the balcony and watch the people and the ocean.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
Linens may be rented for $65 and a cleaning fee of $65 and 11% South Carolina tax will be added.

Well, we made it back! A long cold snowy winter in upstate N.Y. but being able to come here in April gave the kids & us something to look forward to. You have done a beautiful job with all the new updates since last year. The new sliding glass door in the living room is neat how both sides slide back. The new appliances work great. The weather is a little chilly but the sun is shining. It's supposed to warm up this week. We had a beautiful, warm week here. Saw dolphins almost every day. The kids swam in the pool & ocean every day. We're sad to leave. But look forward to coming back next year God willing.

We had a wonderful time at your lovely condo. The weather was marvelous. We enjoyed the beach & found over 60 sharks teeth. We saw the dolphins a few times. We like the blue, white & sea decor of the condo. It adds to the surroundings.
