This single story, fully equipped, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa, has a courtyard entrance to welcome you with an outdoor shower to wash away your troubles or the beach sand. The large Master Bedroom Suite and 2nd bedroom each have Queen size bedroom furniture. The living room with its high ceilings, skylights, fireplace, and comfortable furniture provides a relaxing atmosphere for watching TV, listening to music, and also has a queen size sofa sleeper for additional guests. The dining room has a table that seats 6, and room for 2 more at the bar, to enjoy family meals or entertaining. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large lanai surrounded with sprawling oaks, or in the newly tiled kitchen that has a table for 4. The screened lanai has vinyl windows that can easily be closed for your enjoyment all year long. Step outside the Lanai to grill your dinner. The Fun room or Den is a sunny room that has a queen size futon, and chairs. This room is great for the children or grandchildren to play and sleep. For more entertainment drive south to Clearwater Beach and enjoy the excitement, music and fanfare at Pier 60, as the sun melts into the Gulf, and much more. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and Lowry Park Zoo are located in Tampa east about 45 minutes. Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios and much more is in Orlando, about two hours away.
