You will truly enjoy this nautical themed condo. Royal palm trees line the entryway to EBT. You will find an abundance of bold colored flowers and fauna in this subtropical paradise. This unit is fully furnished. There is a well sized patio complete with furniture. The view from your lanai is spectacular. Out the door on the first floor and passed the nature preserve you will find yourself on the white flour soft expansive beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Tiki bars and restaurants can be found along the beach all within walking distance.
The condo is located within PLEASANT walking distance to the Santini Plaza (grocer, post office, bank, restaurants, bars, clothing shops, drug store and more). One block from the Fish Tale Marina complete with outdoor restaurant, boat slips, power and sail boat rental, charter fishing, and a complete marine store. For 25 cents (.25) a ride, you can catch an old time trolley that services points north of Fort Myers Beach (Times Square) as well as points south to the K Mart Plaza in Bonita Springs.
