Quiet residential neighborhood is 5-10 minutes from the University campus and Pearl Street and also has access to hiking and biking trails, views of the Flat Iron mountains, open-space prairies, and is one hour away from several ski resorts. This Home will be a peaceful respite after a day of golfing, hiking, biking or skiing!

The new kitchen reflects exquisite taste in the choice of granite, birch and stainless. Dine on the custom hand-built old Mexican wood door table with seating for 12 people in the dining room.

Warm up in front of the oak and brick wood-burning fireplace in the comfortable mountain style living room with plenty of seating.

Bedrooms and living room are furnished with custom log and oak furniture, floors are oak and the overall style is southwestern mountain.

The 2 car attached garage has room to store your golf clubs, skis, and bicycles. The backyard is fenced for your pet or children. Laundry center is in lower level.

If you only need 3 bedrooms, a special rate of $250 per night applies
$500 Refundable (45 days) Security Deposit less $250 cleaning ($150 for 3BR)
Non-refundable deposit of $500 to be paid to reserve, bal 60 days prior to arrival

  • I stayed at this house with a group of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone with the downstairs rental. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient and the house was very comfortable, attractive, and clean. Thank you so much!

  • Boulder is Great! Loved the house. So close to great hiking trails in the nearby open space prairie. Loved waking up and being able to see the mountains first thing in the morning. The space worked well for our large group, plenty of bathrooms, towels, etc. Great family-friendly neighborhood. We can’t wait to come back for our next summer vacation! Would definitely stay here again! (Still dreaming of that incredible homemade Blueberry Pie we had at the Chautauqua Park Dining Hall… Thanks for the suggestion!)

  • This is a great place to stay!! We had our family with 5 children stay here. It was very spacious and kept immaculate. We definitely will be returning to vacation here again.   • Thank you for letting us live in your beautiful townhouse in Boulder. We spent two weeks(Incl. Christmas and New Year's) with our family and it was like home away from home.We experienced 3 snowstorms but had no problems of going or driving anywhere.Great,quiet neighborhood and very friendly .Skiing in Eldora was great and close by.Hope to come back again.

    We went to Boulder this Sept for Rockclimbing and stayed this vacation house. It was really beautiful and quiet place to stay and especially very close to great climbing area. There are some shopping center near the house. I would like to come back to here ski season next time.
