My family and I recently spent a month at this coach house located within Pelican Landing. Everything was ready for our arrival, membership passes were ready and employees were very helpful and friendly. The actual property was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Plently of towels, dishes, etc. Great location across from pool and easy walk to tennis courts. If you enjoy tennis, 12 clay courts, organized double teams, just add your name to the list. One of the best features is the boat ride over to the private beach, we saw dolphins on the way. Beach had lounge chairs, umbrellas and washrooms. Overall, great location with amazing amenties... we would definetly go back for another vacation.

Our family stayed at this home for several weeks of the summer while visiting from abroad and we loved it! Afterwards, we stayed at large beach resorts, but my kids still say this was the best part of their summer. The beachy decor and the, clean, well-equipped home made this the most comfortable setting for us. The community is also phenomenal with all the amenities. We used the private beach quite a bit and while we visited surrounding beaches, we always felt this was the best and easiest to access. I loved the 4.5 loop run around the community and my kids loved borrowing the owner's bikes to ride around same, SAFE loop. Location perfect for us. Needed to be close to RSW as my husband commuted to Boston during our stay. Kids swam at FGCU club, so easy drive there. And, Naples restaurants and shops very close. Loved mall across the street too. On top of it all, owners very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

The five star rating was earned as follows: The first star - The owners were a pleasure to deal with, responsive and efficient in all respects. The second star - The accommodations were top drawer, a well designed unit with beautiful and comfortable decorations and furnishings. The third star - Pelican Landing, a wonderfully maintained plantation type gated community complete with a first class tennis center, bike trails, great open spaces and short driving distances to available golf courses and a wide variety of good restaurants. The fourth star - Sandpiper Isle's location within Pelican Landing - Easy walking to the tennis center and Sand Piper Isle's private pool, a big plus if you are with children. The fifth star - The over-all excellence of the vacation experience.

I would highly recommend this condo - very comfortable with beautiful furnishings. The lanai looks out on the golf course and is a great place to relax. Pelican Landing has several great amenities such as the boat to the private island which was very enjoyable for some of our guests. This condo is very conveniently located near the pool and workout area. The owner was very helpful as well. Great place!

Great experience, everything was as advertised, condo is very comfortable, nicely decorated, neat and clean. The owner was very easy to deal with and very organized, which we certainly appreciated. The community is by far the best in Bonita Springs area with lots of activities for adults and kids. Overall highly recommend.

Always a little anxious choosing a place sight unseen, but condo and Pelican Landing both exceeded our expectations. Unit is conveniently located across from Sandpiper Isle pool and within walking distance of tennis center. Amenities (beach, fitness center, tennis, canoes, etc.) were great, and people were friendly. Unit is large and well furnished. Master suite is really nice. Other bedrooms and bath are comparatively small. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We are a retired couple that have stayed in this condo for the past two years. We would keep coming back but we just bought a condo of our own. The location is ideal and the environment is superb. Pelican Landing is one of the most beautiful locations in Bonita Springs and has all the amenities that one would ever want. It is great for walking, biking, tennis, kayaking and has a boat service to a private beach. The condo is clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended.
