This unit is spotless and beautifully maintained with air conditioning which is hard to find in rental units in Deer Park, 2 Bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse featuring a wood deck with beautiful river views. There is nothing like sitting on our back deck listening to the river flow by. Our unit features a ski locker, mud room upon entry. The 1st floor offers a 28 x 18 living room with cathedral ceiling, 2 large skylights, wet bar, gas stove with glass for viewing, VCR, DVD and stereo and 32" TV. This unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar and dining area large enough to accommodate 6 chairs. Just bring your spending money and sit back and relax. Even towels and linens are included in rental.
Also located on the 1st floor is a 1/2 bath with laundry room and full size washer/dryer for your convenience. The stairway to the 2nd floor leads you to the balcony that overlooks the living room. One of the 2nd floor bedrooms offers a Queen bed, twin trundle, full bath, ceiling fan, TV & VCR. The Master bedroom offers a Queen size bed full bath, ceiling fan, TV & VCR. The outside rear deck offers a patio set and gas grill where you can sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the river.
