Be assured that your family will want to return year after year to stay in this comfortable family friendly beach vacation home. This two-story twin home and provides 2000 square feet of living area and sleeps up to 12 people. We have two homes in this neighboorhood so if you have a group vacationing at the same time, you can have your privacy yet conveniently get together as often as you like. The homes are 2 streets apart. You can see our homes in the pictures, the first is TRUMAN and the second is SIMONTON.
The Keys of Marsh Harbor is a community of single and twin homes that brings a sense of the Florida Keys to the Rehoboth Beach area. This innovatively designed beach community features a COMMUNITY POOL,PERFECT FOR A QUICK DIP OR ALL DAY RELAXATION,tennis court and beautifully landscaped grounds with ornamental grass, flowering trees and a pond at the enterance. It is quiet and peaceful. This community is very convenient to almost all of the local attractions. We are conveniently located off Route 1 in Rehoboth behind Jungle Jim's Water park, a wonderful attraction. We are located right off of Route One below the outlet shopping centers just 1 short mile to the beach/boardwalk. Dewey is 2 miles away. Our home is one mile to the Rehoboth beach/boardwalk but it is a very easy and quick drive. Conveniently, there is a PARK N RIde right next door of our neighboorhood. You no longer have have to worry about parking as this Dart Shuttle can take you to the beach, movies, outlets or many other locations. Shuttles depart routinely, every 5 minutes to most locations and run from early morning til late evening. With this option, your group can split up and travel when and where they please.
The owners understand the difficulties in finding "that perfect rental" so we make it easy and fun to rent from us by answering all your questions and providing an easy three step rental process. 1. Contact us via email (email preferred as it is easier to check availability and also to email contracts). **** Due to the popularity of our homes we only hold your requested week for 7 days. If the contract is not received back to us in 7 days, the week is opened for other renters. Your vacation week is not confirmed until this contract and deposit is in our hands and you receive an email stating your week is now reserved. Final payment is due 30 days before your stay. Lastly, We will email a letter one week before your stay with check in information.
Our retreats are clean, nicely furnished and beautifully decorated. The homes are fully equipped with amenities including four televisions, DVD players, outdoor grill, ample parking, one-car garage for storage, screened porch or 3 three season room, patio, central air conditioning, community pool, tennis courts and beautifully landscaped grounds. Truman has hardwood floors in the downstairs living and dining areas and Simonton has porcelian tile. Our tropical paradises are the perfect get-away. There is plenty of parking for two in front of the house and additional parking at the each of each street.
BED SET UP FOR TRUMAN:
TWO MASTER SUITES, one on the first floor with a KING SIZE BED AND WALK-IN CLOSET and one on the second floor with a QUEEN-SIZE bed and a walk-in closet. A third bedroom is furnished with a QUEEN-SIZE bed and large walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom is furnished with TWO SETS OF BUNK BEDS, perfect for the little ones. The upstairs loft is a semi-private space and is furnished with two twin beds. In addition to the full bathrooms in each master suite there is a full bathroom in the upstairs hallway. The master bathrooms have stand-up showers and the upstairs hall bathroom has and shower/tub combination. There is a powder room downstairs as well making a total of three-and-one-half bathrooms in this home.
BED SET UP FOR SIMONTON:
TWO MASTER SUITES, one on the first floor with a queen bed AND WALK-IN CLOSET and one on the second floor with a KING bed and a walk-in closet. A third bedroom is furnished with a QUEEN-SIZE bed and large walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom is furnished with TWO SETS OF BUNK BEDS. The upstairs loft is a semi-private space and is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed. Same bathroom set up as Truman. This home features a 3 season room off of the family room instead of a screened porch and a balcony off the upstairs master bedroom.
Both homes have a downstairs family room with multiple seating options. The kitchen, which is open to the family room to promote easy socialization and functionality. The kitchen is loaded with everything necessary to cook and prepare meals and for daily living.
If you have your own labtop, both home also have Wi-FI so you can search the internet to see all the great activities in the area.
Due to the popularity of our rental properties, I would appreciate email communication atleast at first. This allows me to know which of my properties you are inquiring about, provides me your email to write back and also provide the contract if you decide you interested, gives me an opportunity to assure availability for your desired dates and answer your questions promptly since I am on email multiple times a day.

Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach
Our neighboorhood in the Keys of Marsh Harbor caught our attention because of its perfect location, just off Route 1, away from the traffic, away from the crowds of downtown Rehoboth yet is extremely convenient, just a short drive to the boardwalk/ beach or outlets. Only being one mile to the beach, it is a 5 minute drive and the truth is, when you have children and lots of belongings, like we do, unless you are a block or two away, you have to drive to the beach anyway. Why spend that much more to rent when you could have a home like this? Also, the Dart Shuttle is right across the street from our neighboorhood. It runs every 10-15 minutes, only cost $1 each way and children ride free. Then you don't even have to worry about drivng and parking. We love the quaintness of our twinhome, the community and its location.

Who doesn't love the beach? After having our first daughter, we found the beauty, relaxation and excitement of Rehoboth beach something that would be fun to share with others. We decided to invest in a beach rental in order to give the opportunity of friendships bonding, families coming together and children laughing, to other hard working deserving families. We decided to decorate and fill our rental with effort and love that goes into our home so our renters would feel comfortable and like at home. Our family has grown since purchasing this home and we now love sharing our home with our two daughters, friends and family. We spent an extended weekend at this lovely home. We had a wonderful stay and all of us felt that the house was just perfect. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the outlet malls and Rehobeth Avenue and the beach. The house was clean, bright, and beautifully furnished. The description was just as stated and the photos reflect the beauty of the home. It is well maintained and has all the kitchen appliances and dishes for a large family or friends sharing the house. Liz was a delight to work with and answered all of our questions. We certainly will want to return and spend more memorable holiday celebrations at the house. You will surely enjoy your stay.

This is an exceptionally well maintained and beautifully decorated townhouse. Does not seem like a rental at all. The kitchen is roomy with a great pantry to store all the stuff that usually clutters the counter tops. We enjoyed the sun room which added to the roominess of the floor plan. The pool was delightful and was cleaned every day . The garage made it easy to keep the sand out of the house and there was a hose to wash sand off beach chairs, etc. A very pleasant vacation!

My family and I have stayed at the Simonton house for the past 3 years during our vacation in Rehoboth. We stayed again this July (2011) and as usual we had a wonderful time and the weather was absolutely awesome! The home is very well maintained and nicely decorated. We also appreciate that it is only a few minutes from the beach and all the stores. We won’t hesitate to rent and stay in this home again. I would also like to thank Liz for being so efficient with handling our reservations and getting the welcome letter out.

My family rented this home for a week. It is well kept and beautiful. Liz and jeff are great to work with. The best part of this vacation home is it is steps from the shuttle that takes you to boardwalk, outlets and beach. We didn't have to drive anywhere. I highly recommend this home.

Our family enjoyed this charming, spacious beach house. We had 6 adults and 5 childern. There was plenty of room for all. The location was great - not far from the beach, a short walk to the community pool, and right next to the shuttle service. The house was well stocked with dishes and glasses. The high chair and booster seat came in handy. We had a great time and we would recommend this beach house to friends.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful vacation in Rehoboth. The rental was fantastic and Liz was a pleasure to deal with. The place is plenty big, kept up, and wonderfully decorated. There were eight of us (four adults and four kids) and we never felt the slightest bit cramped. The DART shuttle across the street was convenient ($2 for an all day pass and you can take it all around); I don't even think we drove while down there. Also, Liz was great to work with. She was extremely responsive and friendly. Hopefully this vacation will be the first of many to come!

My family just got back from a trip to this home. It was beautifully decorated and perfect for families with kids. The bus to the beach was within walking distance, along with a waterpark, that was fun for all of us! We plan to go back next year and hope to make this a yearly tradition...

Wow-what can I say. I had been overworked and in desparate need of a relaxing vacation and thanks to Liz, I feel great now! The place is super and Liz is super nice. I cannot say enough nice things about how quickly they got back to me with answers to questions, etc. Thank you. The place is really nice. Has grill, full kitchen and plenty of room. We had 10 total at one point and not once did it feel crowded. Has parking for 3 including the garage. Overflow is super easy around the corner. The pool was nice-I would advise early in the morning or later in the day to avoid loud kids:) Also, the bus stop is right accross the way which we discovered our last day there. Fantastic vacation! I would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Our group of 12 enjoyed every minute of our stay in this townhouse. The description of the listing was accurate. We found all the bedrooms to be larger than expected. The loft area was secluded even without a door. The house was neat and clean and in good working order. We loved the 3 season sun room too. The garage was a nice surprise we were able to off load all the beach stuff there each night leaving all the sand outside the house. We were able to park all three of our vehicles in the spaces allocated. The kitchen has enough counter space to allow multiple cooks in the kitchen. The laundry was an added bonus. As we were leaving we did find a leaking sink pipe and advised homeowners who handled the repairs promptly. We did not use the Trolley system but it was within walking distance if had needed this service. This was our second time renting one of your properties and we have had such good experiences that we have recommended your places to others. We look forward to staying with you again.

The 5 bedroom house proved marvelous for us.....we were 3 children and 4 adults....it's really 4 bedrooms and an open loft area that can sleep some. For us, though, it was perfect. My son had an Achilles heel tendon break and he had the downstairs bedroom and bath all to himself...the two o lder kids, 6 and 4, had the bunk beds ( for their first time and LOVED them)...I had my own room as the grandma, and shared the bathroom with all my grqandchildren. The smallest grandchild is 15 months and slept in the closet in my room as it was big enough to accommodate a portacrib that we bought. We kept it open and it was SO adequate! The only minus was small ants on the floor of the dinette (wich was very adequate for eating)....however we have rented beach places in lONG bEACH iSLAND and Rehoboth and I think you have to live with them....not bad as far a number on the floor. Everything you would need for cleaning was there and each week's person leaves some paper plates, dishwash liquid, laundry detergent, etc. so minimum to buy. Ate dinner out each night and kept breakfast and lunch foods in refrigerator. Pool at townhouse is nice...beach parking is a pain in the neck BUT I KNOW YOU CAN TAKE A tram. gOOD LOCATION...I love Rehoboth!
