We spent an extended weekend at this lovely home. We had a wonderful stay and all of us felt that the house was just perfect. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the outlet malls and Rehobeth Avenue and the beach. The house was clean, bright, and beautifully furnished. The description was just as stated and the photos reflect the beauty of the home. It is well maintained and has all the kitchen appliances and dishes for a large family or friends sharing the house. Liz was a delight to work with and answered all of our questions. We certainly will want to return and spend more memorable holiday celebrations at the house. You will surely enjoy your stay.

This is an exceptionally well maintained and beautifully decorated townhouse. Does not seem like a rental at all. The kitchen is roomy with a great pantry to store all the stuff that usually clutters the counter tops. We enjoyed the sun room which added to the roominess of the floor plan. The pool was delightful and was cleaned every day . The garage made it easy to keep the sand out of the house and there was a hose to wash sand off beach chairs, etc. A very pleasant vacation!

Wonderful Vacation Home

My family and I have stayed at the Simonton house for the past 3 years during our vacation in Rehoboth. We stayed again this July (2011) and as usual we had a wonderful time and the weather was absolutely awesome! The home is very well maintained and nicely decorated. We also appreciate that it is only a few minutes from the beach and all the stores. We won’t hesitate to rent and stay in this home again. I would also like to thank Liz for being so efficient with handling our reservations and getting the welcome letter out.

My family rented this home for a week. It is well kept and beautiful. Liz and jeff are great to work with. The best part of this vacation home is it is steps from the shuttle that takes you to boardwalk, outlets and beach. We didn't have to drive anywhere. I highly recommend this home.

Family Gathering

Our family enjoyed this charming, spacious beach house. We had 6 adults and 5 childern. There was plenty of room for all. The location was great - not far from the beach, a short walk to the community pool, and right next to the shuttle service. The house was well stocked with dishes and glasses. The high chair and booster seat came in handy. We had a great time and we would recommend this beach house to friends.

Great Rental for a Great Vacation

My family and I just returned from a wonderful vacation in Rehoboth. The rental was fantastic and Liz was a pleasure to deal with. The place is plenty big, kept up, and wonderfully decorated. There were eight of us (four adults and four kids) and we never felt the slightest bit cramped. The DART shuttle across the street was convenient ($2 for an all day pass and you can take it all around); I don't even think we drove while down there. Also, Liz was great to work with. She was extremely responsive and friendly. Hopefully this vacation will be the first of many to come!

My family just got back from a trip to this home. It was beautifully decorated and perfect for families with kids. The bus to the beach was within walking distance, along with a waterpark, that was fun for all of us! We plan to go back next year and hope to make this a yearly tradition...

Wow-what can I say. I had been overworked and in desparate need of a relaxing vacation and thanks to Liz, I feel great now! The place is super and Liz is super nice. I cannot say enough nice things about how quickly they got back to me with answers to questions, etc. Thank you. The place is really nice. Has grill, full kitchen and plenty of room. We had 10 total at one point and not once did it feel crowded. Has parking for 3 including the garage. Overflow is super easy around the corner. The pool was nice-I would advise early in the morning or later in the day to avoid loud kids:) Also, the bus stop is right accross the way which we discovered our last day there. Fantastic vacation! I would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at Simonton!

Wonderful experience! Our group of 12 enjoyed every minute of our stay in this townhouse. The description of the listing was accurate. We found all the bedrooms to be larger than expected. The loft area was secluded even without a door. The house was neat and clean and in good working order. We loved the 3 season sun room too. The garage was a nice surprise we were able to off load all the beach stuff there each night leaving all the sand outside the house. We were able to park all three of our vehicles in the spaces allocated. The kitchen has enough counter space to allow multiple cooks in the kitchen. The laundry was an added bonus. As we were leaving we did find a leaking sink pipe and advised homeowners who handled the repairs promptly. We did not use the Trolley system but it was within walking distance if had needed this service. This was our second time renting one of your properties and we have had such good experiences that we have recommended your places to others. We look forward to staying with you again.

Johnson's stay

We all loved the place. It was very spacious and accomidating. The pool was great for the kids with awesome loungers to take in the sun, along with a men and women's bathroom so you didn't have to go back to the house. The beach is not within walking distance and the shuttle service across from the development was key (cheap $1 per way or park your car for $7 and everyone in the car gets a pass to ride all day) and easy in transportation for the week getting to the beach, home, and out for dinner and home to eleviate parking, meters, etc. PLUS the outlets are a short walk (1/2 mile) from the house. Will be back again.

Our stay at Rehoboth

Our entire family stayed at the home, there were 10 of us in total and we had a great time. The house had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed to make our meals. We would definitely stay here again.

5 bedroom house in REHOBOTH

The 5 bedroom house proved marvelous for us.....we were 3 children and 4 adults....it's really 4 bedrooms and an open loft area that can sleep some. For us, though, it was perfect. My son had an Achilles heel tendon break and he had the downstairs bedroom and bath all to himself...the two o lder kids, 6 and 4, had the bunk beds ( for their first time and LOVED them)...I had my own room as the grandma, and shared the bathroom with all my grqandchildren. The smallest grandchild is 15 months and slept in the closet in my room as it was big enough to accommodate a portacrib that we bought. We kept it open and it was SO adequate! The only minus was small ants on the floor of the dinette (wich was very adequate for eating)....however we have rented beach places in lONG bEACH iSLAND and Rehoboth and I think you have to live with them....not bad as far a number on the floor. Everything you would need for cleaning was there and each week's person leaves some paper plates, dishwash liquid, laundry detergent, etc. so minimum to buy. Ate dinner out each night and kept breakfast and lunch foods in refrigerator. Pool at townhouse is nice...beach parking is a pain in the neck BUT I KNOW YOU CAN TAKE A tram. gOOD LOCATION...I love Rehoboth!

This property is a nice home, well furnished and in a great location. The local pool is great and you are only 100 yards from the shuttle bus into the downtown and beach. About the only negative might be that it is starting to show some wear. We stayed in the same home in 2004 when it was pretty new and we saw signs of wear. A little (very little) fix up and sprucing up would make it spectacular. I recommend this property very highly.

The duplex was very well cared for and maintained. The location was very close to drive to the beach. Kitchen well stocked with all needed essentials. The pool is close by and well kept. Parking was perfect for three vechicles. The owners book of rules was very helpful.Owners are very prompt in answering emeials and questions. We had a fabulous time. We loved the keyless entrance!!

Liz, We had a great time at your condo. It was really beautiful and comfortable. We loved the layout and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had a great time at this vacation home. The home was very accomodating for our large group. We had 6 adults and 5 small children. The kids loved the waterpark next door. We were right by the park and ride but we actually drove to the beach which was an easy couple minute ride from the home.

We stayed at the Dewey Beach condo which was a short walk to the beach and various restaraunts. The condo was in excellent condition. The kids loved the pool. Would definitely recomend to anyone.

Had the whole family there, 17 total. Plenty of room as only 3 were under the age of 4. Loved the pool and the close access to the bus terminal. Kids very happy with the water park practically next door.My favorite spot was the screened porch and enjoying that first cup of coffee prior to the children waking. Lovely home.

My husband and I treated our grown children, our parents and grandchild to a week at the beach. As a little child I always went to Rehoboth, so I wanted to take my parents back. We had a great time-the Simonton was a great house and just what we needed. The pool was great and we also enjoyed the tennis court. The park and ride was also a BIG plus-we could all come and go as we pleased..a great choice.

We rented this house with two other families. The house was roomy enough for everyone. It is very bright and cheery. We love the idea that the older kids could catch the bus to the boardwalk/beach independently. The pool was nice too. We all enjoyed Jungle Jim's Water park (go-karts and mini-golf) right next door! A great time was had by all!

Hi Liz- Just wanted to thank you for the fantastic lodging you provided for our Mothers Day/40th Birthday/Baptism week. We stayed here in July 2008 with two other families. We had plenty of space and we had a wonderful time. There was enough space for everyone to sit down and eat together or watch a movie. The house is beautifully decorated and well cared for. The owner's have put a lot of little details into the home that really make you feel like your "on vacation". We enjoyed the pool and we loved being that close to the bus station. We were able to walk across the street and board the bus. All three families could go down to the boardwalk together, but no one had to worry about parking, and we could all go home whenever we wanted. This was one of the best vacations for all of us. We hope to be back in 2009. The owners are also easy to work with and respond quickly to emails and phone calls. We also liked the check in system. We received a code to unlock the door. We never had to meet anyone for keys or worry about losing keys. Excellent system! Thanks for having us and we hope to be back soon =)

We had a wonderful time this past week. This was a great house - convenient to everything there is to see and do in the area. There were six adults and two kiddos and we had more than enough room - could have probably had one more family if we'd needed it. The pool was nice (chilly, but nice) and the house was FANTASTIC. There were lots of little things that make it clear that owners take great pride in the rental and the comfort and happiness of their guests. A great time was had by all - Thanks!

We rented both houses for a recent family wedding held in Rehobeth. The location was so convenient to everthing and the kids especially enjoyed the closeness of Jim's Jungle Gym! Both houses are beautifully decorated and very spacious. We had a GREAT time and look forward to renting in the future.

Owners Response to Negative Comment: As the owners of this property that take great pride in our home, we wanted to respond to our one and only negative comment. This "negative" comment was received by someone that did not stay at our home. The negative comment was received because their desired week was reserved by the time they sent the contract to us. They were upset their week was no longer available so we apologized and offered an alternative week but the tenant became very irrational,vicious and accusatory by sending personal attacking emails and then adding a negative comment into our guestbook stating that family members had already booked their vacation weeks and flights. We have very popular homes that book quickly and as stated on our website,your requested week will be held for 7 days following the emailing of your contract and your vacation is not reserved until the contract is in our hands.

This is a beautiful home. Nicely decorated with all the comfort you need to feel right at home. It's location is extremely convenient to all (Outlet's, beach, restaurants). The shuttle-bus depot accross the street was a big plus. The pool was cared for very well and never crowded. Rehoboth certainly has plenty of attractions for kids and adults alike. It was a great vacation and we will certainly be returning!!

This was by far one of the most beautiful places I have ever vacationed. It was so close to everything, yet removed from the outside world (just a little bit)! It really felt like a home away from home. The neighbors could not have been more pleasant. I could have just moved right in and stayed forever!!!

Our stay at the Keys of Marsh Harbor in Rehoboth was wonderful. The weather was not so good. But the house made up for it. We had a great time playing games at the extra-large dinning room table. The house was also so nicely decorated. I wish my own home was just as nice. I highly suggest staying here.

The house was very big and nicely decorated. We were able to fit 2 - 4 people families plus other guests. Nice patio and small backyard. Pool was never crowded and bus stop was very convient. Kids loved Jungle Jim's, the adults loved the extra bedroom for the babysitter. Best vacation we have had yet. Probably be reserving another week for next summer.

Most rentals I've stayed in are clearly worn and uncared for, but this home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, all ammenities available - nicer than my own well cared for home. You can tell the owners really care about their home and tenants comfort. Extremely convenient to the beach, walking distance to the outlets, Jungle Jims and the "Fractured Prune" I'd stay there every summer.

16 people on a family vacation! We had a blast. The house was great, more than enough room, the trolley across the street to the beach was even better. The kids loved being able to walk to Jungle Jim's. Overall it was a very memorable vacation for the entire family.

This is a note mailed to us after the renter's stay. The place looks amazing, prettier than any home I have seen. The house is perfect in size, giving us alot of room to spread out or stay close together to do puzzles and watch tv. The location is perfect. An easy drive to the outlets and to the beach. we were at the beach in under 5 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and the pool and tennis courts gave us something to do on our non beach days. Thanks for the memories and I can't wait to come back
