There is no better place to spend your family or group ski vacation than Park City, Utah. The snow is the best in the world, the locals are friendly, and the town is lively and full of fun activities.
The best way to enjoy your vacation is in the comfort of your own ski in/ski out condominium. Nothing beats putting on your snow gear and being just a few steps from the lifts. You will spend more time on the slopes and less time hauling your gear. And at the end of the day, simply ski right up to your ski locker, throw on a bathing suit, and hop in the giant jacuzzi located just steps from the condominium.
At night cook a hearty meal in our newly upgraded kitchen or hit the town where you will find dozens of great restaurants, bars and clubs. If you prefer a quiet night in then cuddle up by the fireplace on the brand new carpet and watch the snow fall from your private balcony or enjoy a movie on the brand new flat panel TV. For those who need to stay "connected" when on vacation, free wi-fi internet access is available throughout the condo.
"The more the merrier!" we always say. This spacious condominium can comfortably sleep 6 to 10 people. For those unexpected guests, the living room sleeper sofa can fit two more!
There a two private bedrooms downstairs. The master bedrooms features a king-size bed, full bath closet, dresser and TV. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, closet and dresser. The spacious upstairs loft is perfect for kids and adults featuring bunk beds, a twin and trundle bed, a queen-size bed, dressers and a TV.
Don't forget Park City is just as beautiful in the Fall and Summer as it is in the Winter. Enjoy warm temperatures, hikes through the wild flowers, golf, fishing, mountain biking, and much more. There are also lots of Fall and Summer festivals in the area for the whole family to enjoy.

Our family, which included five boys ages 14-24 and one girl, age 19 had the perfect Spring Break at this Snow flower condo! The location is excellent! Ski in/ Ski out (or in the boys' case Board in/Board out). The loft was ideal for all the boys. Plenty of room for dinner and sleeping arrangements couldn't have been better. Close to local grocery store (the Market), right next to the Ticket office for lift tickets and the hot tub at the end of the day was excellent. We could not have asked for more. Great condo, great snow, great location, great staff!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

What a fantastic Condo! We flew Southwest Airlines from San Diego and were in the Condo within 3 hours. We even skiied that afternoon. We had two full families so the kids took over the loft and the adults each had a private room downstairs. The location is perfect, right on the slopes. It made getting everyone on and off the mountain so easy. We especially enjoyed having our own modern kitchen. We saved a ton cooking meals in the condo. We also all loved the giant jacuzzi pool. Year Purchased: 1980
About the owner: Carol and I have been skiers for over 50 years since we were first married. We first visited Park City in 1968 and fell in love with the ski slopes, the surrounding areas and the warm friendly ambience. We purchased our unit #154 in 1980 and are the original owners. We have had great fun over the years upgrading and decorating our unit to make it family friendly. All our children and now our grandchildren grew up skiing on these slopes and it has become a great location for family get togethers over the years. We all love the short walk to the slopes from our unit and the great jacuzzi hot pool after a long day on the slopes. While we love the Winter people say "if you like the Winter at Park City you will love the Summer and the Fall even more."
Why the Owner Chose Snow Flower:
We had skied most of the major ski areas throughout the United States before we chose to buy in Park City. During our first trip to Park City we immediately fell in love with its wide variety of terrain and friendly ski town ambiance . It was also so easy to get here. We could fly directly to Salt Lake City and be at our Snow Flower condo within a short 45 minute drive. We also appreciated the fact that there are several other major ski resorts within minutes of Park City. With so many skiing options, we knew we would never get bored. Most of all we have enjoyed having our unit so close to the slopes so that our family, friends, and guests can come and go as they please.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The Snow Flower condo complex is just a short 45 minute drive from the Salt Lake City Airport over an "all- weather" highway. Our condo building is right at the base of the Park City Ski Resort. Our unit is on the top floor of building # 4, and overlooks the slopes. There is underground parking and an elevator to take you to the 3rd floor where our 2 BR/loft unit is located. There is a large loft to sleep an extended family if needed. Most of the Snow Flower personnel have worked here for years and they remain courteous, helpful and friendly and respond to any need that might arise.
In the morning just pick up your skies in the basement locker room and take a short walk to the ski slopes and lifts. After you finish your last run just ski up to our condo building and put your skies in the locker room on the ground floor. Throw on your swim suit and relax in the giant jacuzzi pool just steps from the locker room. If you still have energy you can enjoy one of the many fine restaurants that are on the main street in the town of Park City. If not, enjoy a home cooked meal in our fully furnished kitchen.
