Villa Vallerosa is a splendid residence in Selci village, immediately North of Rome, in the heart of the Tiber valley and the legendary Sabine hills.
The Villa is a prestigious building of the eighteenth century with a breathtaking view. The Villa is situated in the center of a vast agricultural property producing olive oil, wine, vegetables and fruits and the farm is also an important horse breeding center. The country estate is in an exceptionally quiet countryside setting. The guests will enjoy the sounds of nature.
Guests will stay either in the Villa, where the owners still live at the ground floor, and at one of the farmhouses "La Rosetta," at a walking distance.
Each of the 4 apartments of la Rosetta can be rented by the year.
It is a very convenient location for people that will work in Rome but will like to live out of the big city, in a beautiful countryside.
Each of the houses is independent from the other, comfortable and decorated in good taste with collection of country antiques and traditional furniture, private garden and parking.
The original terracotta floors and fire places recreate the atmosphere of the past.
All apartments in the Villa have central heating and use of a common washing machine.
All apartments in the farmhouse have fireplace in the living room; central heating; use of the annexed little house with a washing machine, a space to hang the laundry, a sink, a barbecue. On request we can put in the apartments without oven a microwave one.
All apartments kitchens in the Villa and in the farmhouse are perfectly equipped, bathrooms are provided with air dryers and linen are changed once a week.
All outside spaces (terraces and private gardens) are furnished with a table and chairs.
