The Beach House, completed in November 2005, is located directly on the beach just 5 minutes drive from George Town, the little capital of the Exumas, in a lovely secure bay. The airport (daily flights from Miami and Nassau) is only 30 minutes drive away. The Beach House is luxuriously furnished and has 3 double rooms with ensuite bathrooms. A private swimming pool, beach and dock with pier make this house a treasure not to be found that easily.

The house is fully air conditioned and has a spacious living/dining room with ceiling fans, a gourmet kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven with 4 hobs, microwave, wine cooler, garbage compacter. Twenty-two feet of glass doors and windows across the open concept living and dining rooms frame our stunning view of the bay in front and open onto our spectacular terrace, which is shaded by a traditional Bahamian roof, creating the perfect spot for watching the boats sail by enroute to George Town or just relaxing in the breeze with a good book. The master suite is furnished with a king bed,closet and bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The two further bedrooms each have 2 single beds, large closets and bathrooms with bath, shower and WC. All rooms are fully air conditioned and have ceiling fans.
