This delightfully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condominium has an ideal Ski-in/Ski-out location only 150 yards from Breckenridge's "4-O'clock" run and the "Snowflake" chair lift. The Breckenridge bus is located at the corner of Ski Hill Road and 4 O'Clock Road which connects with the Summit County Stage. The Breckenridge bus system provides FREE transportation to and around Breckenridge (shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc.). The Summit County Stage provides free transportation to the nearby ski areas of Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain, and the outlet shopping mall in Silverthorne.
FREE WI-FI and high speed internet are available.
The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare delicious gourmet meals: dishes & silverware, full-size electric stove, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, waffle iron, blender, and a well-stocked spice cabinet.
There is a large dining room table with 6 chairs and a propane BBQ on the deck. A full-size washer and dryer are in the hallway between the 2 bedrooms.
Paper products, towels, and linens are provided. PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO linens for the Graco-style fold-up baby crib.
The balcony provides a fine view of the valley, as well as a place to cook or just sit and relax after the day's activities.
At least one person in the party must be over the age of twenty-five.

Why the Owner Chose Grandview
Breckenridge has retained its charming, small town atmosphere, with a plethora of restaurants, shops and galleries. Of course, the winter brings skiing and boarding, but the summer offering are numerous, too. There is the well-known music festival and back-country drives and mountain biking provide fun for all. For the adventurous long-disance bikers, a paved bike trail that connects Breckenridge with the resorts of Copper Mountain and Vail. A mountain bike trip up to the summit of Boreas Pass provides spectacular scenery of both Summit and Park counties.

We had a marvelous time in this delightful condo - much like the comfort of your own home. It is clean and well taken care of. The kitchen especially has all those "extras" including lots of refrigerator and kitchen staples. Since Breckenridge is centrally located for sightseeing to many local destinations, this condo was a great "coming home" place. The owners are very easy to deal with and everything was well detailed. Be sure to see the Vail Farmer's Market & Arts Festival, Fairplay and Historical South Park, the activities of Lake Dillon, and, of course, Breckenridge itself.
