Why the Owner Chose Grandview: Breckenridge has retained its charming, small town atmosphere, with a plethora of restaurants, shops and galleries. Of course, the winter brings skiing and boarding, but the summer offerings are numerous, too. There is the well-known music festival and the back-country drives and mountain biking provide fun for all. For the adventurous long-disance bikers, a paved bike trail connects Breckenridge with the resorts of Copper Mountain and Vail. A mountain bike trip up to the summit of Boreas Pass provides spectacular scenery of both Summit and Park counties.
