Located in Esperanza Estates, one of the most desirable areas with it's unique and varied misson style homes,walled courtyards, and lush mature plantings. Enjoy our 2300 sq. ft. hacienda. this is one of the largest homes in Esperanza Estates. It has a living room with a cosy electric fireplace, open didning room, family room features leather sectional with two recliners built in, perfect for a short snooze after your day of golf, swimming, or hiking one of the many trails. Arizona room offers a table for working on crafts or games.
Warm, rich colors of the Southwestwest beckon you,come in, relax, be comfortable. Colorful, spanish decor reigns in the 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, lush new linens and drapes. Small television in master. Master bath has a large tiled, step down shower. An additional sink and a sit down make up vanity are in the master bedroom. Antiqued finish wood laminate flooring. Sliding doors open onto the patio.
Both bedrooms have every woman's "must have item" floor length mirrors! Master has a roomy walk- in closet!
Guest room has a lovely arched window,queen sized bed, nice closet with drawers. Bath has tub/shower combo and large counter area with generous storage cabinets. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bath behind bi-fold doors.
Fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for food prep and is well stocked with dishes, glassware,slow cooker, pots and pans. There is a cozy breakfast room that seats four as well as a sit down counter. A formal dining room boasts huge sky lights.
All new tile floors in living, dining, tv rooms. Arizona room boasts a laptop computer with high speed internet, a beautiful large oak desk and leather chair.
Enjoy fresh fruit from our grapefruit and orange trees while relaxing in the large, private patio that wraps around 2 sides of the house and opens off the Master bedroom and the Arizona room. You'll see gorgeous sunsets from the patio and may want to stargaze while savoring the warmth from the fire pit. You'll enjoy the lovely roses and a mountain view from the front courtyard.If you like to grill you'll love the large gas grill. There is a roomy garage with two bicycles for your use.

That's exactly how we felt when we saw our house. The location, the historic Misson style, the beautiful plants, the feeling of peace and serenity it evoked, captured our hearts and has never let go.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Morning coffee on the patio! There's nothing like it, soft, cool, air, the chirping of birds is the only sound you hear, the smells are of rosemary, mint, or the newly planted gardenias. What a way to start your day! To end your day, after enjoying an awesome Arizona sunset roll out the fire pit and gather round for a quiet drink and conversation. It doesn't get any better than this!

We fell in love with Green Valley and Esperanza Estates in particular on our very first visit. We were staying in the Villa's and would take our walks through Esperanza, as soon as we saw the lovely mission style homes and lush plantings we were hooked! We can hardly believe our luck at owning a home there and being able to stay there ourselves during the "off season" The rest of the year is spent in Missouri and Arkansas where I have a fire extinguisher and equipment business and Ron is a flight instructor for gyroplanes.

We very much appreciated the tasteful decor and your attention to detail insured everything needed for a comfortable home away from home. The reclining sofa was a significant aspect, as was the access to computer,printer and internet. We loved the quiet and nature all around.
