We are here to welcome you to a beautiful tropical paradise, set on 5 acres of one of the Best Beaches in the area and one of the most desirable locations in Northern Mazatlan! Lose your worries while sipping on a margarita, basking in the warm sunshine of the Pacific Coast and admiring the Lush Foliage and Beautiful surroundings.
Relax and unwind on a furnished beach chair by the beautiful Swimming Pools and rock formations, listening to the Ocean Surf and watching the waves lap onto the golden sand. Take a stroll down the beach as you view the most Spectacular Sunsets on the Pacific coast.
Located North of Mazatlan with easy access to Downtown and the Golden zone by bus, taxi or Polmonaria. Stop by the Mini-Market nearby to pick up any essentials you forgot or to get your favorite beverage and snacks to keep cold and handy in your refrigerator. For those who like an active vacation, enjoy an invigorating game of tennis on the Court on-site. We furnish four racquets. (Bring your own tennis balls). Take in a round of Golf or try your hand at Deep Sea Fishing located nearby.
HorseBack Riding, Hiking, Biking, Scuba-Diving, Jet-Skis, Para-Sailing and other water sports are some of the fun activities that you can enjoy while on your vacation. Tour the Aquarium with over 250 species of marine life. Or enjoy a professional baseball game when in season.
Take a short shuttle ride to the Historic Mazatlan Market and shopping areas to find unique area arts, crafts, clothing, and tasty treats. There are delicious restaurants nearby, sure to please your palate, and after the sun goes down, the night Club/Discos will keep you up and partying until the wee hours.

throughout - inviting in the fresh outdoors, including the sweet
tropical breezes that relax and refresh your spirit. Located just 4
miles north of the hub of the city center, the beaches go on forever and are sparsely populated, giving you freedom from vendors and crowds. There are three great restaurants within easy walking distance. It's a quick ride in an open-air taxi or the bus to reach the Golden Zone or downtown with a huge variety of shops and restaurants. We are located in a very safe area and you can feel comfortable for those early morning or evening walks.
The ocean is suitable for swimming, boogie boarding, and surfing. Palapas just in front of the condo protect you from the mid-day sun and the beautiful pool is large and great for lap swimming, or just playing in the water.

2 bedrooms, one king size bed and one queen, 2 bathrooms, Balcony facing the ocean, Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, Table settings, utensils, Pots, pans, Coffee maker, Toaster oven, Convection oven, Blender, Crock pot, Electric fry pan, Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Linens, Tile floors and Tropical décor. The condo is air conditioned and a washer/dryer is located within the condo.
There are huge Swimming Pools with beautiful rock formations and a bridge. Tennis courts,(we furnish four racquets. Bring your own tennis balls!) nearby golf, Hiking, Deep sea fishing, Surfing, Boating, Historic Area, Scuba diving and great shopping.
Enjoy Dish network TV on a 26" LCD flat screen TV. The DVD plays only region 1 DVDs which is region US and Canada. If you buy DVDs in Mexico be sure they are region 1 or bring your region 1 DVDs from home. There is also a portable stereo in the condo.

We have been to Mazatlan several times but feel like we have found the nicest condo yet. We love the location and the way it has been furnished. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. We hope to come back next fall. We feel it is the best time to come to Mexico.

Just to let you know we had a wonderful time in Mazatlan. We had not been there for some years and we really liked the beach. It's walkable and the sea is really great. The tower was almost empty and we had the pools and the beach almost for ourselves. It was awesome! Loved the condo and hope to return soon.

We were greeted by a beautiful, very clean condo that was furnished with everything we needed. The condo represented owners who took much care in making sure their guests were comfortable. The view from each room was fantastic. We had a great time walking the beach and exploring different restaurants. The Mexican people were extremely friendly and we always felt safe. We will certainly be return and stay in this beautiful condo

We came to Mazatlan and Quintas Del Mar for some rest and relaxation. I must say that we came to the right place. Our condo was wonderful, furnished very well and we could tell that the owners took pride in maintaining it and cared about providing everything a guest would need for a great vacation. We hope to come back next year.

We had such a fun time in Mazatlan. The condo was the nicest one we have ever stayed in here and we have come here a lot. The beach was great, we enjoyed the tennis court but the sunsets were the best! The folks staying at this complex were very friendly. Getting to town was very convenient by taking the bus. It was nice not having to rent a car. We always felt safe and didn't worry about the stories the media have portrayed. We will be back for sure!

This property is located just north of the town of Mazatlan on a wonderful two mile beach. We were fortunate enough to see dolphins playing in the surf and even a whale swimming by one day. The property is well maintained and the pools are perfect for a refreshing dip. The condo is well equipped and decorated beautifully. We felt at home right away. The owners were very helpful with restaurant and activities suggestions. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend it to anyone. I think the magnificent sunsets were our favorite moments.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.
