We love our beachfront property, located in Tower I. Our third floor, corner unit looks down to the beach club pool and out to the ocean and a magnificent sunset. Our condominium is about 2000 square feet, including a wrap-around balcony (with a wet bar!) that gives you an incredible view.
One look into this deluxe kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops may convince you to eat in rather than at some of the many wonderful restaurants in the area. Take your pick.
Your Puerto Vallarta, Mexico vacation is all about choices. You may want to simply relax at the pool with bar and grill a few steps away, or go a few more steps to one of the best beaches you can imagine. Towels, barbecue, boogieboards, or even a sauna are just as close, and are yours to use for an additional $17 per person Social Membership.
Worried because you have never been to Mexico? Let us put you at ease. The hospitality here is the best you will find anywhere. The conveniences that you are used to are either in the unit (washer, dryer, satellite TV, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) or close by (the modern Paradise Mall is a short walk away).
The Mall includes a bank, many restaurants, American-style market, and even a McDonalds. Our favorite is getting a gellato after dinner. Medical facilities and a bank for money exchange are at the mall as well. Across the street from our complex is a wonderful new restaurant. Walk down the other way and you'll come across two more restaurants. One of them is our favorite, Fajita Republic.
This is not a border town. This is Hawaii without the high prices. (We are able to eat at a great restaurant on the beach without having to take out a mortgage.) At the same latitude as the Hawaiian Islands, the whales migrate here in the winter. Tired of being in snow? Try Puerto Vallarta.
With rich Mexican culture around you, you can tour the jungle, snorkel at many fine locations, or visit downtown for shopping and night clubs. Maybe your choice includes golf. El Tigre is a championship 18 hole golf course that has hosted the America's Cup.
We keep going back to this place and we never get tired. Most important, whenever we are here, it feels like paradise!

Why the Owner Chose Playa Royale
We love Nuevo Vallarta and our unit on the beach. It's truly paradise to be in 80 degree weather in the winter. The white sand beach is one of the best in Mexico. We have an almost 180 degree view from our balcony. We look down on the beach club and out to the bay where dolphins and whales swim all winter.

Hi Robin, We had a fabulous 9 nights at your Playa Royale Condo. It could not have been more beautiful! The weather was great and we had tons of fun. It did not seem crowded at all. By December 31st, we had the beach all to ourselves. We went on a Canopy Tour (the girls loved it), Snorkle Cruise, rode on the banana boat, and went to the Fiesta at Paradise Village. I read 4 books and and walked about 5 miles a day. We all enjoyed being lazy, swimming in the ocean, and eating at the Beach Club. We all agreed that we will need to come back next winter! Just returned from a week in this beautiful property, 2/20/09. The unit had everything we needed and more. The grounds, pool area, and beach were top notch and not at all crowded. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony. It was simple getting from the airport to the condo and it was an easy walk to the Paradise Mall. I would highly recommend taking out the $75 club membership which, along with other perks, gives you access to the healthclub and fitness classes at the Paradise Hotel. We took a day trip with Vallarta Adventures to Las Caletas which was beautiful and a great experience.

Your Playa Royal 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was absolutely the best! Everything about it is just as you described. The beach club was like being in our own private paradise. Everything is so new and nice. The service around the pool is excellent. Everyone catered to our every need.
