Best Rental for the money! Other 5 and 6 bedrooms homes in the area rent for $3500-$4500 per week. Our house is also very well maintained and includes bed and bath linens and all cleaning fees.

This is a very spacious three story house. The first floor offers a living room, dining room, fully equiped kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 queen size bedroom, one full bathroom, and two sets of stairs leading to the second floor.
The second floor has four bedrooms and one full bathroom plus deck.
The third floor has two bedrooms and a family room with full kitchen and deck.
The character of this house is unmatched with 10 foot ceilings, three staircases, original woodwork, hardwood floors, and 30 plus oversized windows. BED AND BATH LINENS PROVIDED, just bring your beach towels. Directly at the Lotus Rd beach entrance is a rental shack for beach chairs ($6-$7), umbrellas ($9), boogie boards, and surf boards at the Ramble Rd beach 2 blocks south ($10-$25) so you don't even have to bring this stuff if you don't want to!

The home is on a quiet street and a short walk to the beach
(3 blocks =11 houses + hotel), 1 1/2 blocks (10 houses)to bay.
There is a playground on the beach block and bike rental.

Wildwood Crest has something to do for everyone! There is a huge boardwalk in Wildwood and only 40 minutes to Atlantic City! Many golf courses are nearby. Next to the beautiful, historic Cape May. Centrally located, the house is close to the Wildwood boardwalk but far enough way from the hustle/bustle and noise! Wildwood Crest has a beautiful beachfront promenade for walking, biking, & rollerblading. And no beach tags are required!

This house is perfect for families or for couples to share.
NO RENTING to people younger than 25 years old (unless with family). Absolutely no "senior week" or prom rentals.
This is a NO SMOKING house but there are plenty of decks and ashtrays outside.
