  We were so pleased with our vacation staying at the wild orchid cottage. The owners have thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. From the beautiful tropical decor and items such as providing beach chairs, mats, towels and a cooler for beach trips to providing a kitchen stocked with all the cooking utensils one uses at home. It was easy to blend in and feel at home right away. The location is easy to find and allowed us to feel like 'kama aina' melding right into the neighborhood in place of the tourist filled bustling resorts. Kauai is paradise on earth and Kauai Cove Cottages does a great job at providing you a perfect place to stay. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

  These Cottages are in a perfect spot, with an easy walk to shopping and beaches but away from traffic and not too touristy. The Poipu area is great fun. We were in the Plumeria cottage, which was on the end and had lots of windows. The house was well appointed and we felt very comfortable.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

  My husband & I had a wonderful stay at Kauai Cove Cottages. It was so cozy and we felt like one of the natives nestled between other houses. Not being fans of hotel living it suited us very well. We enjoyed our daily walk to the boat launch and back every day. We loved the Beach House restaurant, within walking distance, with a gorgeous view, romantic, good food and service. The book left for us with info on beaches, restaurants, snorkel rentals etc was very helpful in formulating our daily plans. We drove the full length of the island and also up to Waimea Canyon which is breathtaking. We went on a helicopter tour with Jack Harter Helicopter Tours which is also breathtaking and I would highly recommend it. EJ and Diane were very nice and made the reservation process easy. Not having to check in at a desk and fill in more paperwork at arrival or checkout was great. We would recommend Kauai Cove Cottages to anyone going to Kauai.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

  We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Kauai Cove Cottages. From what I saw on the website it seemed a perfect tropical retreat and we weren't disappointed! We loved walking down to the cove at sunset to see the Turtles heading in for the night and some came right up to the rocks! Thanks for the Great location!

  Our visit at Kauai Cove was wonderful. The weather has been great. Each evening we made our way to Baby Beach to watch the Sunset & Spouting Whales. Mahalo - Thanks - We'll be back.

  We loved staying in the Plumeria Cottage for our first anniversary. Kauai is truly the beautiful Garden Island. We were on the north shore for our honeymoon and enjoyed the south side this time. Thank you so much for our "home" in Kauai!
