This stunning, custom-built townhouse is located in the historic town site of Crested Butte on a quiet, dead-end street. The house is eleven years old and was designed by one of Crested Butte's finest builders, Sean Norton. South facing to take advantage of the winter sun, the Beckwith Guesthouse is located just two blocks from the mountain/town bus stop, and the Nordic Center (ice skating, cross country ski center, snow sledding/tubing and skateboard park). The home located in easy walking distance to town's many fine restaurants and shops. A car is not required.
Leave your skis in the outside storage and come inside where the radiant heated floors will keep you toasty warm.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom with a king bed. Imported tiles enhance the tub area and steam shower in the master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed and its own private bath. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first level by the bedrooms. Each bed has new, cozy, down comforters.
Level 2 includes the gourmet kitchen with a European style double sink, 2010 Thermador oven and gas range, great for altitude cooking and baking. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings showcase the dining/living area and its warm wood and leather decor. There are two outside decks: one with an electric barbecue for the summer, the other a sunny nook to enjoy the winter sun. There is a third full bathroom with shower on this second level.
The third level loft has cable television and TV nook area, and two modern, convertible, twin size couches. (photos to be updated).
The owners of the Beckwith Guesthouse have been in the area for over 17 years. Our property manager conveniently lives next door and can coordinate lift tickets, groceries, housekeeping services, and other concierge services at an additional rate. We are happy to help assist in making your vacation a most pleasant one.

My wife & I have visted CB many times in both winter & summer and have stayed at houses both on the mountain and in town. This house is by far our favorite. It is tastefully decorated and the owner has provided every possible convenience one could want in a home. One of the outstanding features is that it is located on a quiet cul-de-sac but is within walking distance of all the restaurants and stores.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

A beautiful home newly bulit and decorated awaits you. Just a few minutes from Elk street. We walked and rode our bikes everywhere. No need for a car. Try the Ginger Cafe for great Thai food and Al's for bike rentals. We had a wondeful time and plan to go back for a month next year. Chris and Dan were wonderful.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
