This stunning, custom-built townhouse is located in the historic town site of Crested Butte on a quiet, dead-end street. The house is nine years old and was designed by one of Crested Butte's finest builders, Sean Norton. South facing to take advantage of the winter sun, the Beckwith Guesthouse is located just two blocks from the mountain/town bus stop, and the Nordic Center (ice skating, cross country ski center, snow tubing and skateboard park). The guesthouse is easy walking distance to town's many fine restaurants and shops. A car is not required.
Leave your skis in the outside storage and come inside where the radiant heated floors will keep you toasty warm.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom with a California king bed. Imported tiles enhance the tub area and steam shower in the master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own private bath. The washer and dryer are conveniently located nearby. Each bed has new, cozy, down comforters.
Upstairs you will find the gourmet kitchen with a stainless European style double sink, electric Jennair oven, and gas range top. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings showcases the dining/living area and its warm wood and leather decor. There are two outside decks: one with a gas barbecue for the summer, the other a warm and sunny nook to enjoy the winter sun. There is an additional full bathroom with shower on the second level.
The third level loft has cable television and TV nook area, a double bed, a trundle bed.
The owners of the Beckwith Guesthouse have been in the area for over 14 years and are happy to help you make your vacation a most pleasant one.
