If you are looking for a central location, and a comfortable place to stay... You Found It...My Lagoon Townhouse is located off of Highway 9, on a dead-end road near Lake Dillon. The townhouse is near the central terminal for the shuttle bus and walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shops.
Frisco is a quiet mountain town within ten minutes to Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Breckenridge, 15 minutes to Keystone and A-Basin, and 35 minutes to Vail Mountain. You are also close to trails to hike, bike, kayak, sail, or shop - its all nearby.
I chose this townhouse(1200 sq ft) for the convenience and quiet location it offered. It has a private tandem two car garage below, so you can pull your car into the garage, and not worry about your toys. You walk up the stairs into the living area of the townhouse.
I have just purchased: all new furniture and new mattresses, new Sony HDTV/DVD, new Weber gas grill, linens, new leather sleeper/sofa, love seat, and kitchen stuff. The unit has two TVs, two DVD players,and well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer on main level. Just added HIGH SPEED INTERNET SERVICE.
The Master has new KING-SIZE BED, new furnishings, and a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a captains bed with full on bottom and twin on top(new pics will be uploaded shortly). There is a full bathroom connected to this room. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. Lastly, if you need more room the couch has a full sleeper sofa.
The clubhouse is just two minutes away: with two large hot tubs, a large indoor heated pool, as well as racquetball and tennis courts (outdoor).
Lastly, Our unit is professionally managed by CSR Resort Properties of Dillon, CO. As our guest your will enjoy personalized check-in, 24 hr guest assistance, professional housekeeping and discounts on lift tickets, equipment rentals, car rentals, and airport shuttles.
