Enjoy four floors of luxurious and spacious living in this lovely, immaculate, and fully equipped slopeside townhome located on a beautiful cul-de-sac in the Village at Camelback, a private gated community with 24 hour security on Camelback Mountain.
Our townhome is a ski-in/ski-out unit that offers unsurpassed quality and convenience by providing access to the mountain via a custom ski-room featuring a boot warmer and storage for equipment and apparel.
A skier/snowboarder's delight to be able to ski/ride home, relax by the wood burning fireplace and enjoy the view while your boots are warming in the ski room which is located on the lowest level. The next level has a full bath, laundry facilities, two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, dressers, and closet. The main level features the Living Room with a wood burning fireplace, a sectional sofa that has two recliners and a sofa bed, television with cable, VCR, DVD player with surround sound, CD player and stereo, an exterior deck, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, an additional counter with seating for four, a 1/2 bath and an additional entrance/exit.
The upper level is the loft. Our town home is one of the few that offers a second exterior deck via the loft. The loft offers a full bed, television with cable, beautiful wicker furniture, closet, and bathroom.
