  We loved our stay at Napili Bay in this small, nicely set up condo, right on the ocean. Communication with the owners was professional and prompt, the condo is tiny but just right for a couple, it's not fancy but just perfect for hanging at the beach and snorkelling. We saw whales every day, and the lanai is beautifully private, despite having drop dead views. Eating breakfast at the Gazebo restaurant is a fabulous treat only steps away. Our only challenge was rather inconsistent internet - the condo is set up to be wireless but it bogged down several times. After plugging into the modem things did get better, but still not as fast and reliable as we had hoped. Minor problem, really, unless one is trying to balance a bit of work with their Maui play time. We will return for certain!

  Once again, another great week at Napili Shores. Stayed at several different units in the past and this one is great too. Quiet, waterfront, clean, nice neighbours plus a bonus of boogie boards and beach chairs - it's all you can ask for.. Will be back again next year.....

  This is a lovely spot on the island - totally private with an incredible view of the ocean. At night, we fell asleep to the sound of the waves and it was lovely. The unit is a studio suite with a very comfortable NEW mattress on a Murphy bed. A sofa bed is also available but the mattress is not as comfy as the main bed. The owner, Doug, is very very receptive to any concerns during your trip. If you rent the suite, I can assure that you will have a great time. The unit is a corner unit about 100ft away from Nipili beach which is a fairly quiet beach in comparison to other spots with good snorkeling. There are turtles galor that you can watch with a coffee in your hand at any time of the day. I highly recommend this suite.

  My fiancee and I stayed here over New Years a couple of weeks ago and were thrilled to be there. Here are some of the reasons why: - Napili Shores is a comfortable, simple resort with it's priorities in check. It's just you, and the warm clear blue ocean, not oversized swimming pools with water slides. Nice pool and a jacuzzi, all you need. - The Gazebo restaurant is 50 feet from your door-- delicious breakfast and lunch any day you want it. - Listen to the waves crashing on the beach as you fall asleep each night. - Everything you'd need to cook in that kitchen-- more dishes, utensils and small appliances than usual in a furnished condo, including a blender, grilled cheese maker, crock pot, and more. - Super clean!!! - Very well maintained. You won't be sorry.

  This location is the perfect venue for those wanting a real Hawaiian experience. The room looks directly out onto the water with the beach a mere few steps away. This beach is one of the best on Maui. The resort has everything you need although the restaurant was closed for renovation during our stay. Sea Turtles are easy to see as they feed on the coral close to the resort. For us the only dissapointing thing is that there is no Wi-Fi which for those of us who use iPads etc is a real pain. Overall a great location.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Fantastic location, views, and privacy! My husband and I have been going to Napili Shores for 23 years and the "A" building is our favorite! A close walk to "Turtle Bay," just south and to the sandy beach, just north. Although no wireless internet connection, there is a very reliable and free wire connection in the unit. The view remains my desktop screen saver!!

  a basic little studio, nice location though very close to the public access path to the beach. We used the Murphy bed which was fine, the bed linens were on the inferior side and NO BEACH TOWELS...but we really loved Napilii Beach and enjoyed our Maui vacation. Definitely too small for more than 2 adults.

  We've stayed at Napili Shores before though not in this unit. Definitely recommend staying in a ground floor unit! The unit was clean and comfortable though could use updating and new bedding. Bring your own towels as there are only 4 with the unit. As for the crashing surf outside your door - at first we thought it would be an issue for our 10 month old but surprisingly it seemed to sooth him (and us!)

  This unit has the ideal view and proximity to the beach. The grass off of the lanai was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view - turtles and all! Just a few short steps to a beautiful beach for boogie boarding, SUP, and playing in the sand. There is also shuffleboard right outside the front door - fun afternoon activity. Because you are so close to the ocean, it is quite loud! The wind howls through the shutters and the waves are loud as they crash on the rocks below. The inside of the unit is sufficient. The basics are covered but not many extra comforts. We had very few towels (4 for 4 of us for a week) and weren't able to get more. The resort states there is Wi-Fi and heated pools but we didn't find that to be true. We were not able to access Wi-Fi unless we were sitting in the lobby (and it was still sketchy) and the pools were quite chilly. We actually had to get a day pass at a local resort to let the kids swim in heated pools! Another part of our group stayed in another condo that faced the grass. Despite our view, we spent a good amount of time in their condo to escape the wind and noise. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and really, the view and location to beach is unbeatable.

  This room is all about location. The unit is simple, clean and very comfortable but the location is unbeatable. First of all you have a direct, full view of the ocean. The lanai meets an expanse of green lawn that reaches out to the edge to the ocean, lined with towering palm trees. It is an easy stroll to the BBQ's for grilling up some dinner to eat on the lanai while gazing at the ocean. Thank you for sharing all of this with us!! We had an incredible time. We had 9 other friends travel with us to celebrate our vow renewal ceremony and many of them stayed at other resorts. They loved ours the most! See you again in the not so distant future. Mahalo!
