The house is 1900 sq. ft. The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and the kitchen, living room, and a huge sundeck are on the top floor. Put the kids to sleep and the adults can stay up late, watch the sunset over the ocean, or watch satellite TV. The 1700 square foot sundeck wraps around the entire house. On one side you have a breathtaking view of the sun setting over the ocean. On the other side, you have views of the estuary with a backdrop of the mountains. You will enjoy a gorgeous sandy beach which is never crowded, and often times, you can watch dolphins playing near the shore. A short drive will take you into town where there is abundant restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and nightlife. The home has a full kitchen, a FULL satellite TV package including HBO, Showtime, etc. , 40+movies TIVO'd, and XM Satellite Radio. There is a computer set up with high speed internet and a wireless connection. A phone is provided with free calls back to the USA. Bath towels and linnens are provided and the home has 2 Central AC units. This is easily the BEST DEAL in Las Conchas. I also boast some of the best (non beach front) views in Las Conchas.
Bedroom one:queen bed, bedroom two: 2 twin beds, bedroom three: double bed and a fireplace (also a fireplace in the living room), and bedroom four: double bed w/ twin above and a queen futon with twin above (kids room).
