Beautiful, bright, and comfortable 3000 square foot home over looking the seventeenth fairway of the North Woodlands Golf Course with easy walking distance to the North Club House, driving range, swimming pool,and tennis courts. Three bedrooms have their own bathrooms (king and two queens) with two single hallway baths. A queen and four bunk beds are in the other two bedrooms. TEN DAILY PASSES TO THE NEW AQUATIC CENTER AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. Ten swim passes at the NORTH POOL and tennis court passes are included daily in the summer. Extra features include: Ten bicycles with helmets along with a new hot tub to relax in under the stars. Also a natural gas barbecue with glass table and chairs on a 1000 square foot deck looking out at the course. Pool table and foos table can keep everyone entertained. Driveway will hold five vehicles off street. There are two refrigerators. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a walkin pantry. Renters must be 25 years to rent. No smoking or pets please.

Tons of fun. Great house. Great room huge enough for all 12 of us. Family gathered here from Wy, Or,Tx,Wa,La.Ages ranged from 4-86.Everything was in good order and worked. Thank you for entrusting us with your Sunriver treasure.
