Hi, our names are Sue and Dave. We have recently taken ownership of this ground-floor condominium in a gated community. Check out our website for a virtual tour of our condo. We chose this condominium because of its close proximity to all of the theme parks, especially Disney.
We have totally refurbished it, we trust to a high standard. It is suitable for all people including those with mobility problems (wheelchair friendly) - we even have a handicapped parking bay outside the front door and it is also suitable for families with small children.
The very spacious living/entertainment area has a plush three seater comfortable sofa, a love seat and a chair with foot stool plus a otterman, there is also a 51 inch wide screen TV connected to the cable system and a DVD/VCR combo and a PlayStation (PS2) for those who enjoy playing games. A selection of DVD's, PS2 games, jigsaws, board games, and books are available for your use.
A large dining table with six hand-carved chairs for those who like to dine in. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. It also has a large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker (for those cocktails, etc.) large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle, and teapot. A washer machine and tumble dryer can be found in the self-contained cupboard in the hallway. There is no need to go out to find a laundry.
The master bedroom at the rear of the property overlooks a conservation area and lake. Also one of the communal swimming pools and hot tub is only a few steps from our patio, tables, chairs, and sunloungers are also provided. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with luxurious bedding (we have spared no expense) with a TV for those late night movies.
There is also an en-suite with walk-in shower and a walk-in wardrobe. Also bedroom two and three are also fitted out to a high standard. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed with walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom three has two twin beds, also with walk-in wardrobe. This is the place to stay for your next great vacation!!!

We chose to buy our condo because we love disney and because of its great location. Close to Disney and all the other theme parks, also fantastic shopping close nearby. Easy access to the I4 and airports.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
One of the many benefits of staying in our property is its close proximity to the pools and hot tubs. We have a quiet pool and hot tub only feet away from our door. We enjoy meeting other homeowners or their guests - a great way to meet people. Our condo has everything we need - it's "home from home" a great way to chill out in front of the TV and to sleep in extremely comfortable beds after a day in the parks.
As you can see we are extremely close to Animal Kingdom and the other Disney theme parks. Just a 10 minute drive away.Come see the mouse.
Timberland, Ralph Lauren, Nike, Nautica, Perry Ellis, to name just a few. A good place for the ardent shopper.
Fantastic shows to see. Check out the thrill rides, Duelling Dragons & The Hulk then pop in to see Spider Man.

We came, we saw, we conquered Disney in July. Don't know how we would have made it without the egg cups & potato masher. Could have used a spatula though, pretty difficult to flip eggs over easy with a plastic spoon. Nice job remodelling, great TV.
