This recently renovated condominium is located on the slopes of the Heavenly Ski Resort. It offers four comfortable bedrooms, two baths, and is located near the Stagecoach and Boulder ski lifts/lodges. When relaxing after world-class skiing or one of the many summer activities, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Tahoe, ski runs, and the state forest that it borders. It is a corner unit, so you get the most privacy and the best panoramic view. There is a great residents-and-guests-only jacuzzi(heated year-round) and pool (heated in the summer) complex located across the street. For the evening, the condominium is five miles from the casinos and other nightlife.
The casino area offers numerous bars and restaurants for all tastes and budgets. The Fox and Hound Bar/Grill is within walking distance from the condominium. Or, simply enjoy a quiet evening by the raised fireplace, listening to music or watching a DVD.
When it comes to activities, the sky is the limit. While winter skiing is truly awesome, the summer offers many fun and relaxing activities as well. The temperature stays mostly in the 70s and 80s, and the mountain air is fresh, cool, and dry. The beautiful Tahoe Rim trail, which could take you all the way around the lake, runs right past the condo. In addition to hiking, within a 15-minute drive you will find great beaches, biking, and top-notch golf. For the more adventurous, parasailing and ballooning are available as well. Do not forget about the delightful outdoor jacuzzi and heated pool just across the street, which really hit the spot at 7500-foot elevation. The well-maintained private pool complex has a sunbathing area, along with men's and women's changing rooms with hot showers.

Why the Owner Chose Stateline
We visited Lake Tahoe the first weekend after we moved to the Bay Area over ten years ago. We fell in love with it, and knew that this is a place we will be visiting many times over. We also knew that by buying a rental condo we will be giving many guests an opportunity to enjoy it also.

Although we're only ten minutes away from the city of So. Lake Tahoe, we really enjoy the great sense of relaxation and solitude that only a mountain home can offer. The incredible view of the lake and surrounding mountains really adds to the effect.

Lovely Condo,lots to do and see. Very clean and lots of room. Dimitry is a joy to work with, makes the stay more enjoyable if that is possible. Goes out of his way for guests.

Our family enjoyed an extended stay in this condo and we recommend it highly. The views are spectacular! The close access to skiing, hiking, and biking was great. The unit is spacious, clean, has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. It has new appliances in the kitchen. We will be staying there again.
